I feel you Garrett, with Trick or Treat, I think it's just a matter of I watched it too many times so I find myself giving it a 2 year break or so before giving it another play. Absolutely unbelievable it doesn't have a sequel.

Great stream, bring back the anthology. Nightmares was always my favorite and was fortunate to catch Creepshow 2, Tales Fom the Darkside, Cats Eye, and After Midnight in the theater. Side note, I actually have Body Bags on Laserdisc.

Grim Prairie Tales is a good anthology movie from 1990 starring Brad Douriff and James Earle Jones.

Southbound is a super underrated modern anthology horror film

Trick R' Treat has a mean streak that is palpitating. Many people are turned off with kids dying in one of the stories. The Blob remake killed a kid so I have seen that before.

The Hitchhiker was another solid horror series just like Monsters.

Great stream guys, I love anthology horror. You should check out Dead of Night from 1977 (not the old black and white one) there is a segment called Bobbie which they remade in the 90s for Trilogy of Terror 2. It was a trip for me because I saw the remake as a kid then when I watched Dead of Night in my later years, bits didn't make sense like his sandwich filling, which I always remember being tuna 😅😊 things we remember 🙃 Nice one.

From a Whisper to a Scream, Body Bags, After Midnight, Southbound, The Mortuary Collection, Scare Package, The Willies and Terror Tract are good horror anthologies.

While I agree with you in regards to scream factory re-releasing blurays of titles, I think releasing 4k versions of bluray titles is worth it if you like the movie. For example, Land of the Dead, Shocker and Drag me to Hell. Umbrella is too expensive to ship to the US and is very pricey eventhough I will by certain titles if I really want them. The Boutique labels are really fighting it out for the big seller genres of Horror, action and Scifi. The rights bidding wars are getting really competitive as noted with Trick R Treat going to Arrow from Scream Factory.

The closest box office wise was Channing Tatum with The Vow & 21 Jump Street & Magic Mike. Jim Carrey may be the only comedian to do this

I love little tidbits like this, especially from the 80s, it seems like a lot of assets were used between movies, directors, etc.. Another cool fact I learned was the eyes used on the original Chucky doll in Childs play were also used on the crypt keeper puppet as well, I love 80s movies.
