    Well, well ,well... Fasting directly influence fat loss , infact there is no powerful way to loose fat as strong as IF. Exercise is very good for mobility and to achive a little calorie deficit and calorie deficit itself wont help much. There is so much more in fat loss than just calorie deficit. Our body is completely govermed by hormones and insulin is the major one. Eating 1200 calories throughout the day vs eating 1500 calories once a day, the later one will help shed more weight. because most of the time, your insulin level will stay low and body will not absorb the energy as fat as much as eating throughout the day in addition to being hungry as well. If you somehow loose weight by calorie deficit, it will come back because metabolism go slow and at one point you are bound to come out of your dieting. Read - the obesity code, the diabetic code by json fung, watch dr. Eric berg, i think they have done remarkable work in the feild of intermittent fasting. Best diet- high protein, moderate good fat , low carb and starches under time resticted schedule and regular movement of body, be it gym , walk, yoga , anything, does not matter..

    Hi sir I am anemic Earlier my hemoglobin levels used to be around 6 7 Now it’s around 10 11 As soon as I take iron supplements I feel very hungry at any point of time during the day or at night after dinner also N that craving is so strong that I have to eat Eat more and gain weight But every time I take blood test My hemoglobin levels have dropped from before So I have to take iron supplements What should I do for these cravings?
