A Doublestar Drilling design-build secant compression ring shoring & excavation at the North Interceptor Sanitary Trunk Project in St. Albert, AB. Using our Liebherr LB36 and Soilmec SR65 to install 200 880mm diameter piles. All the piles were interlocked to provide decreased permeability of ground water into the shaft.

A Doublestar Drilling Anchored Soldier Pile and Lagging Shoring System at the Augustana Site in Edmonton, AB. Using our Soilmec SR65 to drill and install the H-Beams for the 68 Soldier Piles to depths of 23m. Our Soilmec SM14 tieback drill installed five rows of 176 anchors to lengths of 18m and the total excavation depth was 19m.

Project was performed in the City of Calgary, on the banks of the Bow River. Doublestar's two Liebherr LB28's and HS855 Crane installed 236 CIP Concrete Piles to depths of 32m. Each pile was reinforced to full depth with 12 tonnes of steel rebar cages. Once piles were installed, 234 Ground Anchors were drilled with Doublestar's HUTTE HRB610 to lengths of 30.5m.

Project was located near Spray Lakes on the main access road from Canmore, AB. This was Doublestar's first project as Prime Contractor. 77 Rock anchors were installed to lengths of 16m with Doublestar's TEI HEM 1000 drill and mounted to John Deere 350 excavator. The wall design included a 130mm base layer of shotcrete and a final application of 190mm to complete the scope of work.

I notice the top of each casing segment have what appears to be threaded holes for the low-profile bolts to grab onto, and the bottom of the casing segment has unthreaded tapered holes that the bolt flange can grab. How about the top of the last casing segment with the quick release mechanism? Would these hoes be threaded as well?
