    Things I have discovered: 1- Went 100% carnivore, gum bleeding disappears in 3 days after decades of no successful control 2- Sodium bicarbonate and some salt cleans teath same or better than toothpaste clean feeling without mint, you can even eat or drink right away, water for example 3 Sodium bicarbonate residue in toothbrush acts like antibacterial, no foul smell after days of particular toothbrush left by itself, but the one that is left with toothpaste, stinks

      @@rajs6804 I try not to listen to him, but thanks to the algorithms, and many of the people he talks with, he's constantly on my suggested video list. I've given him plenty of chances, but he's just not interesting in his delivery.

    Again: good video! I rest longer then 2 minutes, but I don't waste time, rather I would do some other exercises in between my main exercise. In other words, I keep moving almost nonstop. At 68 I am stronger and bigger than ever before, especially My Forearms and legs

    I am 68 and I still workout a lot. I don't eat too much per meal and I believe anti aging fitness system begins with your leg fitness and strength. Certainly I don't want to get old and cannot move around well

    HeartMath has decades of research on HRV. Likewise, thought sampling has been used in Behavior Therapy for decades. Big pharma makes billions by peddling meds for a 'chemical imbalance'. Companies with deep pockets buy the law and the advertising to control our for-profit 'healthcare' system, which also decides who is allowed to practice (such as psychiatrists who are MDs vs Therapists who were edged out prior to the pandemic). People can learn skills to improve their quality of life, thus improving their mental health. That includes Behavioral Medicine, which has also been around for decades and the reason I attended grad school... decades ago.

    i didn't have any teeth issues until I stopped drinking. same for 99% of my issues I have in my 30's. I literally believe acloholic drinks were keeping me healthy. and I say that 5+ years of not drinking and not wanting to drink.

    Branch chain Amino Acids are the most important thing outside of adequate rest to build muscle. Quality BCAA’S are the key, you don’t need 100g of meat & 100g of whey shakes like most ppl push. My physique is top tier & I’ve eaten plant based for 6 years. Again, quality Amino acids is the key rather from a supplement or food. Also rest

    Be careful with the advice as well. Baking soda can be pretty abrasive against the teeth's enamel. It can result in premature wear-down of teeth.

    My gum integrity was pretty good for the 7 years I was on keto testing 0 mm all around the gum line. I decided a year ago to adopt the Mediterranean diet and was even making my own 'real' bread. Yesterday I went for a checkup and all my gums are 3mm depth and I have two 7mm pockets! So yes, I believe sugars/starches mess up your gums too.

    As a hypnotherapist I help my clients overcome depression in 3 sessions max… I have practiced for 9 years and this is basically always the case. The fact that people are prescribed medication for something that needs to be fixed in the subconscious mind is ludicrous. It speaks to the ignorance, about depression, by the professionals prescribing the meds. Also to the ignorance about depression in general. Our emotions do want a voice. When they are ignored they get louder. So these studies make perfect sense. We need to teach the things mentioned in the vid in schools.
