    Was checking out their website because I'm wanting to build a rig for flight sims (they have options to tweak their rigs for it) and came across the stand, website claims triple 43's for max size - but wondering if I can handle my 45" 32:9 ratio LGs.

    Imo they are only good with the 10mm add on and the softest elastomer. Then they are good for sure. But stock they are f1 brakes. I have a bmw gt3 sry but gt3 and gt4 cars have more travel then many of these sim racing pedals. Was just a false sales pitch by brands early on that people fell for. Then random callsigns did a video of real drivers talking about it and saying the same as I am. Most do enjiy a little more travel so you guys thinking you must use stiff brakes while you don't actually like it just know you don't have to 😉. I will say I like my aim brakes slightly stiffer then cars but nothing like these lol. Also when sim racing you can use double foot brotha. It will helps alot unless you are using a clutch that is. Much harder to trail brake and get on that throttle fast enough for some corners with just single foot.

    Thanks for the tips. I went and used the website, walked into a junkyard with a stock # and walked out with a 75$ seat in 10 minutes. I plan on installing it this weekend. I got me a 2012 Genesis "Katskinz" seat in all black leather from a car with under 20k miles. Absolutely comfortable and its a passenger seat in brand new condition...I was told that u can use a small drillbit then bigger to remove those brackets, gona try that first to see how that part goes then angle grinder away is a great idea.

    Really great tool. I had spent hours digging through eBay listings and found what I was looking for in just a few minutes Also the listings on Car-Part looked to be cheaper than re-listings on other sites. There also appears to be a number of re-sellers who are simply drop shipping from the original seller as they've posted their watermarked images - which kinda sucks because it makes it appear like there are way more options than there actually are

    Bought the La Prima bundle, but have already swapped out the original pedals for the Invicta stuff. I like that a lot more. Just swapped out the La Prima hub for the Forte hub - gave me a little more torque (not really needed) and more outlets in the back. Same size as La Prima. Asetech says it will be upgrading hubs, but apparently that's down the road a piece.

    How do you know if a car seat would fit on a Sim Rig? Do the bottom of car seats have a standard frame size?

  • @reviewforthetube6485
    @reviewforthetube6485 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I can actually hear the rumbling coming out of the base. Also do you have a little coil whine when turning heavy? Also don't you love that center torque feeling? It makes you feel sttatched to the car. That weight helps so much telling us the limit of grip because that torque stays strong until the tires give a little bit. This is also why I like more powerful wheels! I feel more connected and I feel like I am throwing a car around. People go oh that much torque isn't realistic. No it's not meant to be. A real car doesn't feel like ffb does but us as sim racers need that power and that detail because that's how sim racers get the information needed! When I went to a 12 to 15nm dd wheel I realized why drivers like more torque even if you set it lower the power from the motor is still there and the details pop off more. But you want that center force feel it allows you to be more precise with every movement and allows you to feel every slight give in the wheel like tires slipping or when you are getting understeer etc. It also I swear helps you not get understeer often. I feel like im turning less now and getting more cornering out of the car.

  • @reviewforthetube6485
    @reviewforthetube6485 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I'm still shocked at how the community gets onto every other brand about it's plastic feel yet don't with asetek? Listen I get that it feels good the ffb but that should not excuse all of the plastic for the price. I will say this deal is insanely good but now prices and deals like this dont come across snd they seem to be raising prices.

    Quick question. Are you using an AMD or nVidia GPU with your triple Neo G7? I just switched from an RX 6700 XT to an RTX 4070 Super and was limited to two screens Neo G7 only. The solution was to disable Game Mode in the on-screen display menu for all three Neo G7. That will then limit the screens to 120Hz and no VRR but does solve the two screen limitation.
