I need help man I know the end is coming, I am 13 and want to start believing in god but don’t know how; I’ve been fighting a huge porn addiction for 2 years probably more and I want to quit. I know there’s other people out there with the same situation as me and I want to give them the tools or wisdom to take a move towards god, just like you do. Can you help me, teach me, and just pray for me. I’m not trying to use god just to go to heaven but anytime I think about hell and eternity in it, I just can’t do it I am scared, and scared of god that he might say no. I am sorry about this long message, but please take a few minutes out your life to help me🙏 it’s very appreciated. I know there’s a demon inside of me and I want it out.

Hey broc you might not see this but if you do I feel like I’ve been stuck in a cycle of sin and apologizing to God and I feel like I can’t get free from it and I DO want to get closer to God but I also feel like I can’t. How do I deal with that

when you see other people struggling with their faith and doing things against the bible (judging, jealousy, greed) would you confront them and tell them they should refrain from speaking like that or let them figure it out on their journey with God?

you know a lot about faith, people probably go to you when they are struggling or when they have questions about something in the bible. what happens when you’re the one who has the questions and struggles? i know the answer is pray to God and ask him for guidance but do you ask any friends or tell them about it?

Okay I have a lot comment haha! I hope I get to hear back but no pressure! :) Faith to me: I think it has a million definitions but what I feel today is TRUST and complete SURRENDER. Trust in Him, His plan, His knowledge, His power, His mercy, and His love. Complete surrender or who you are and your life to Him. I love your idea of multiplying/sharing your talents/knowledge. In my church, we make a covenant in the temple to consecrate our time and talents to the Lord and His kingdom. I love this covenant because we’re dedicating our life to Him. Aka Complete surrender. “God is trusting you with His word. So what are you gonna do about it?” I love this. The scriptures are not a weighted to do list-it is a gift. Don’t let them collect dust, or let the words stay on the page, let them become a part of you. Let them change you. “We don’t serve a religious God. We serve a relationship God.” ABSOLUTE BARS. That’s why making covenants with God is what will change your life for eternity. Here’s one of my favorite scriptures about how God will always comfort his covenant children in mosiah 24:13-14 “Lift up your heads and be of good comfort, for I know of the covenant which ye have made unto me; and I will covenant with my people and deliver them out of bondage. And I will also ease the burdens which are put upon your shoulders, that even you cannot feel them upon your backs, even while you are in bondage; and this will I do that ye may stand as witnesses for me hereafter, and that ye may know of a surety that I, the Lord God, do visit my people in their afflictions. I love what you do! Keep sharing the gospel! We all need it!!❤️

I just started listening to the book of job for myself for the first time on Spotify on Christmas Eve, literally after I came home from church for the first time in 2 years. Breaking down was an understatement. Spot on my guy.

i’ve been having thoughts on fasting but somewhere it said you had to keep it a secret i’m really not sure where i heard that from or if i just made it up in my head but i don’t want to lie to people abt me not eating and i prayed abt it and told God to give me a dream about fasting on when he wanted me to do it and make me remember it in the morning and i’m not sure if like that was the right thing to do i’ve just been a little confused honestly
