It's been far too long since I've made a video, so I need your help with this one! Help me design some new graphics for the bike. Remember, straight lines please. LOL!

Lost a good friend to his battle of cancer the other day. Boomer and a few of his NC friends thought he would appreciate an all day run up to some of his favorite spots.

Well... I have changed my mind again... Like a girl can... and have decided to still Sell the "4G" bike... but... I took the T-Mobile graphics off. It was super easy to do. Let her sit in the sun for a bit to let the vinyl get soft and off it came! Easier to take off than to put on. :)

Just a quick jaunt through my favorite loop of roads. Nothing crazy, amazing, or blazing fast, as I wasn't wearing leathers and it's the beginning of the riding season again... just chasing out some cobwebs. The scenery is nice though... if my lens wasn't scratched.... I really need a new camera. LOL

Gastonia's big Independence Day bash! 8 blocks of vendors, and a fireworks display later! It was pouring in the morning during setup which is why I think a few vendors did not arrive, but in the afternoon the sun came out and people were loving the talk about the bikes, getting photos on them and donating to a great cause!!! Then came the wind and rain....

It was really easy to pull out the wires during the removal process, but a BRAT to get them back in without taking apart the front nose clip. This is how I did it. This method worked like a charm! Thanks to my long riding friend; "Grampa" aka "Pack Mule" aka "Bluestreeek" aka Gary, for the idea to use a heavier gauge wire instead of the string or super heavy wire I was using.

I have NEVER done this before (and it will be apparent)and there were very few places that outlined how to do it on a 2012 1000RR, so I thought to document my process. Prepping for your track day means the removal of your bikes mirrors. Simple right? What if you have a newer model with integrated directional? It's rather simple. Here's a quick tutorial on how to remove them without removing the complete nose clip.
