Let's try making a fish (minnow) trap from a plastic water bottle. Will it really work? If so, it's a great survival skill to know. Catch minnows to use as bait for catching larger fish. Hi! Try a wide range of blowing force and slightly different angles of blowing. Also, try lotion or water on your hands. It might help you seal up air leakage between your fingers better. Good luck!
I feel like my fingers are too skinny & small to make a big enough air tight cavern
I've seen people with small skinny hands do it, so it is possible. Try it with wet hands. Sometimes that helps you seal up the air better.

ive been trying for like 4 days... it just sounds like im blowing air. i tighten my hands , no air escaping, but still nothing..
Try blowing harder, softer, and everything in between. Try slightly different angles of blowing. Good luck!

Sometimes it's tricky to learn. Just keep trying. Try many slight variations... Blow a little harder, a little softer, vary the angle slightly, change the shape of your lips slightly. Be sure there are no holes between your fingers for air to escape. If you ever get the slightest little hoot, then focus on how you did it that time and start improving. Good luck!!!

This is how one starts learning to play the hand flute and from there on the sky is the limit. Once you get the first few tones, it's a matter of lots of practice, practice, practice and one day maybe you can follow in Mitsuhiro Mori's footsteps and play pieces like Zigeunerweisen on the hand flute. th-cam.com/video/9PHs_Ls50YU/w-d-xo.html

Your hand moves
Hi! It felt like I was holding my hand still. But yes, looking at the video it looks like it was moving ever so slightly.
Unfortunately you wore a hat with lines on it. Your hand held in front of hat shows how your hand is moving in a tiny circle because the lines on hat are not moving but hand in front of them is moving.

To the person holding the string it feels like you are holding it still. But yes, I think the arm and hand move just enough to make it happen.
