Excellent "how to meditate" video. Seeing people learn to meditate is one of the most beautiful things because it's a lesson we take with us from the here now into the here after!! Meditation is an eternal treasure. Ble glasses....everything is blue, red glasses...everything is red. When the mind looks inward observing the mind we eventually realize the mind as the lens we a experiencing (looking through). Blue, red human mind...human experience. We are immersed in the Divine White Living Light frequency of heaven but only see the physical eyes limited parameters of perception. Meditation syncs us (merges/harmonizes) us with this Divine White Living Light as it's filled with "heavenly peace beyond understanding)..i.e. enlightenment. There is Sotozen...meditation in formlessness via our formless soul merged with the primordial OM . This is meditation in the hereafter. I have a video called the metaphysical properties of Meditation on my channel...MrDesoto33. Namaste 🙏

It’s sad for Korean Buddhists that Dalai Lama was not allowed to visit Korea by its weak govt who is scared of China. Look at Japan next door who don’t succumb to PRC’s pressure. Or even Taiwan. It’s also sad that Korea that used to be a Buddhist country with splinted history has now more Christian and its political and business heads or owners are mostly not Buddhists and that’s probably the main reason of its denial. Very very sad for Korea.

Recurring Anxiety and depression, in most, but not all, has been shown to be linked to trauma at an early age. Sometimes when the child is preverbal. Medication only masks the trauma response of depression. Talk therapy is the only remedy which removes the trauma memory permanently, meds are only temporary measures, when a permanent one exists.
