Nice video. Anyone who thinks the video is too long, has not monkeyed with one of these crappy safes. Day 1 I replaced the Duracell with Energizer Maxx. Didn't stop the issue, as the Win Gun Safe site stated. I have put a total of 9 New High End Duracell Max or Energizer Maxx batteries in this thing to no avail and the fools at Win Gun Safe refuse to do anything except to say, Change The Batteries yet again and try a 10th battery. 100% Reliable Sequence: sI have to put in my code, wait to hear the solenoid click, put in the code a 2nd time and it will open. Any other sequence, the keypad will lock up. Every time I call Win Gun Safes in Mansfield, Tx, they say change the battery. Then change the battery and then when you are done, change the battery again. Then when that is done, yes; change the battery. I appreciate all you stated. I am going to have to do something, so I think I'll follow your video and THANK YOU, for the warning on the Anti-Theft Spring Block. I think I'll try some WD-40 brand Silicone Spray Lubricant, as I have no Reel Magic, which I read is silicone lubricant too. I've used silicone on my duty weapons, due to being in the rain during traffic stops etc. Silicone should not harm any electric switches, as long as you don't saturate the entire mechanism. . . I hope.

I liked your video the best so far so i will drop this gem here....... In my experience with these gun safes if your latch is not turned all the way to the left it can bind up the actuator. I tested this several times with the door apart watching the internals. If the large door wheel latch is resting on the actuator latch, when you punch in your code it will not pop. I suspect this causes it to bind up inside the atuator since it makes a different shorter sound. Make sure your door wheel is all the way to the left before opening.

Mine was burning through batteries, they sent new set up, couldn't get through with the # had to email

You may be hitting red line with both, which means you should got even higher pitch.

I got a 2023 pro170. I got a 24v ultrex now and added boar buckles. Love it! Fits my lakes. I mostly fish solo also.. nice video

Army Corps of Engineers has a plan in place to raise the Keystone Dam by over 10 ft, it's 5-year project they say and the road will have to be closed, I think that might be what's holding the project up.. I live Downstream in Tulsa 250 ft from the river but homes in my neighborhood have never flooded, but we have seen water come up through the manhole covers in the street at the lowest point in the neighborhood😅 love living close to the river!

Mine had the same problem. I fixed mine by replacing the lock with an S&G mechanical lock. It is now more reliable and more secure.

Horrible china made safes, The keypad and locking mech are not UL tested or listed and will fail at some point.Also that safe can be pryed open in under 2 minutes, plenty of youtube videos to back that up....
