Googan Squad BANGER of a Day Part 2 | Citrus Shad

Here is the somewhat exciting conclusion to my first day on the water. After I decorated a stump with my sriracha craw squarebill I tied on a citrus shad flavor and the bites kept coming. Thankfully bait color didn't matter and I managed a few more nice ones to bookend a great day of fishing.

Was up there yesterday, we crushed them on roaming school chasing bait. I did notice that the weeds are pretty much nonexistented. You think with the low water leveling it temporary killed them off? Did see a John boat with a 90hp on the lake.

Nice!! I had some luck throwing flukes last Thursday but nothing big. The low water did seem to delay the growth of weeds but I've found some healthy beds. Hopefully he had 20hp stickers on that 90hp😂.
