What's up guys! Many of us want to lose weight for different reasons - well done for even considering it! But it can hard to achieve when we don't really know what we're doing - especially with all that information out there concentrating on minor details (which is good later down the line). Unfortunately all of this not only confuses but also overwhelms us too! I'm making this series of three different videos to guide you through a standard way of losing weight. For the "average" individual. Hope you enjoy!
Love the "don't stop at burger king" since in America it's hard when you're traveling to find healthy options. I do miss European lifestyle of health and portion control.
Great job on the video! Love this type of vlogging :)
I’m your no.1 fan!!!!!
And here I was thinking you couldn’t mix maths with pleasure! 😌 - Nice editing! Keep them coming 💋
You were born for this, hahaha i loved esto de las calorias es una locura keep going
You probably lost just water if you stopped eating as many carbs. If you had lost 3kg of fat you would have had to be in a daily caloric deficit of 1,500 calories per day, assuming 1kg = 7,000 calories (3kg lost = 21k calories/14days). If you cut your intake that much, your metabolism would crash. Bad advice.
Well I dont think you watched it through. If you use the app he recommended, they give you a calorie intake related to your weight, size, activity level and very strongly advice you to not go below a certain threshold (the app doesn't work if you dont eat enough). They also give you a standard ratio of carbs, fats and proteins.
If you do this for 4-12 weeks, you will see major improvements and some serious fatloss :D !!!
@@Unclebenonthego not eating enough isn't dangerous if you have the fat to support it, it'll just be massively uncomfortable because your ghrelin spikes when you're used to eating. I could show you actual massive results in two weeks. Just don't eat at all. First day
People need to fix their insulin resistance and add muscle mass and they'll easily be able to keep the weight off. The mechanics really aren't that hard.
