Thanks Donald. Hope to get this to you soon. I made some refinements in the final version. For the manual I have taken out the ring binder and used Case binding which is a better finish and more professional. It is on target for delivery:)

Sound is very subjective. The Gold one is a 14 drivers IEM. For each ear, it has 4 BAs for high, 2 for the mids and 1x 9mm DD. This sound is warm and full. The Sound stage is wide and the DD is used to give it a HiFi sound and warm feel. Since the highs are 4 x BA, it sounds sweet at the top. Paired with the Gold cable it makes it wider in the sound stage and improves the vocals. It works well with the RS8 DAP. But testing also on LP6TI and N30LE which works very well with it. Fair point but everything is relative in price. You want pay US$30K and get a Lange movement you are always welcome. According to me this is great value at the right price point. If you expect to pay $3K and expect Lange hand engraved balance cock with own movement someone needs to wake you up from your dream;)

@@watchcollector4293 I'm just being real here, not dreaming. At this price, there are plenty of watches with better accuracy. It doesn't mean this watch is bad or less valuable just because it's Chinese. But let's admit, it's not the best for its price, especially in terms of design, in my opinion.

I have tried out the GL2000 and it's a quality OTE headphone and the price is even more attractive. Ofc, the OTE headphones sound is more preferable. I gather most people went for the GL2000 if size is not an issue. I bought it because for the price it was a no brainer for what it offered. As they say the IEM always try to mimic the OTE headphones and the headphones mimic the speakers;). I recommend the IEMs for how it sounds for the price.

Fair enough. I try not to compare a $4000 watch to a $30000 watch. Can it compare to a Lange or Patek? Maybe not yet. It's a subjective thing equivalent to liking or not liking a song:) I try to enjoy it for what it is.

I don't get this problem on a 1TB SD card using the SAN Disk Extreme. I think the problem is the music file. I realized there are some corrupt files on the SD card and it will crash it. You need to identify them and remove them. There is no problem using the full 1TB and about 200 albums at least.

The N8ii is still a major milestone for Cayin. It was the start of the new GUI interface and opened up with Android based OS bringing new Apps into the DAP. Still a great DAP and the preowned prices are low entry point so great value. Personally, from the sound POV, the N30LE is in another class level. Hence I urge you to listen to one if you can to compare. The N30LE was conceived from the ground up so it is expected to have glitches. It is so complex to take on such an ambitious project for the 30th anniversary but it was the best decision they have made. Who dares wins and they have won a lot of respect for doing it. I have both the N30LE and the LP6Ti, P6Pro Ti99 love the variety of sound these brings. But you equally need a TOTL IEM to go with it to get the best out of them. LPs design thinking was never to make it complicated and focused purely on getting the best sound out so Mr Wan's philosophy was to not go full Android so not allow streaming from apps such as Tidal,etc. since he considered it to take away from the essence of a good sound by adding these complications. I do buy into his idea hence I have a variety of DAPs to cater for different sound types one wants to hear. BTW, check out my new project www.muxicbox.com. It brings together horology and music for hobbyists who loves both;)

Thanks for this. I tend to listen to full headphones now and not iems. Just got the Focal Radiance and with the Cayin N8ii is amazing. Just checked out your new project and is very impressive. Would you recommend upgrading to N30LE? I do want streaming facility and so LP etc wont work for me. How much better in percentage is the N30LE to the N8ii. Still cant believe it can get better than N8ii. A dealer in the UK wanted me to purchase the N30LE and said it would be out of stock soon. Its still on his website. Not sure what to do. Is it the headphone or the DAP that brings out the great sound. All so confusing. You do great work. @@watchcollector4293

@@user-jc2qk1kg3u Sound quality is very subjective, I can only speak for my personal preference. I was a N8ii guy and never wanted to upgrade but now I have tried both I personally think it is worth the upgrade to N30LE. I am using the standard N30LE and very happy with it and then sold my N8ii. So I only had to pay the difference to upgrade. The IEM also makes a difference but the AMP on the N30LE makes a big difference for me. If you are using the Traillii Ti it will sound 3D and panaramic. Try to listen to it first. I do think it is big to take out on the road though. But yes personally it is better than the N8ii since it feels like a desktop machine. The difference is significant to me:)

I think it was 20mm at the buckle. TBH, it was a watch I liked very much but my experience with Chanel was so traumatic when I brought it in for service that I decided to sell this at half the price to get rid of the memories of the bad experience. Frankly, I never want to be a Chanel customer again. So I decided to focus on Neo Vintage and Micro brands now.

Thanks! The price of these will be so low and the sound will be so detailed but not to harshly sharp on the ears and amazing that you won't believe it. It is has switches on it to fine tune to the nuisances of bass and treble you like since I understand music and sound is subjective. I cannot compare to an USD$8000 IEM but I really do like this sound for around US$2000 since every part of it is sheer quality. Just the cable itself is over the price of the complete IEM, cable and case. I personally love the sound of this and is testing for the next 2-3 months whilst I am also prototyping the meteorite watch. As I said it is a personal project to bring you the best sound and the best watch I can for below $4000 USD + delivery. I will not make money from this but I value and enjoy the journey I took to get here. It is an limited version Muxicbox IEM and watch box set. I demand the best from my music and my watches and also have some pride in the work I do. I hope to make a box set which will blow your minds on the quality at an affordable price point. It will come with a laminated booklet to explain why I chose each component. The watch is also one of my favourite, Swiss made and Swiss quality from watchmakers who worked from the Holy Trinity, the number one at the top. A Gold meteorite and an Anthracite Meteorite dial looks amazing. I don't like that people cannot afford a decent meteorite dial watch without having to spend over USD40-50K. I hope all my friends like it, half are already allocated when I just tell them about my project. I hope you all will like it when it comes out within about 2-3 months time after all the testing, etc. Thanks!

@@Krol_Artur Thanks for the support. I have everything ready now and now working on the watch prototyping. I have spent a considerable amount of time these last 2 weeks testing the IEMs and field testing it. It is very reliable since I have taken it on travel, I am pleased to say and held out well. I will do the same with the watch. Sure I will present the final video here and send you a link once closer to the time.:)

@@Krol_Artur Just an update. We have just complete the rigorous testing of both the Gold and Platinum versions of the IEM. The sound is just amazing. I have compared it to some of the best TOTL IEMs out there and we are happy with the results. These IEMS are made with passion. We love what we are doing and trying to give our music experience to our fans of music. There are only 15 of each IEM and limited. We will not do anymore. The response has been great but we can only sell this much since it is a passion project to bring horology and music together. Thanks for your support.

I must say Sony is amazing at their presentation and packaging since Japanese are just mature in this area. The P6Pro Ti99 IMHO from the platinum case and Eichizen lacquered wood, size, quality of sound is better than the Sony but as I say sound is a very subjective thing and there is no right or wrong. Users are very savy buyers, the fact that all the LPs are sold out just tells us which one is more appreciated by the top listeners. Let the sells do the talking. The prices of the last Sony Gold brick has come down a lot on the preowned market so it is a good time to get one if a Sony fan. Yes, the LP user interface is simple but I love the speed and simplistic of it. It's a no none sense UI and meets my purpose. Ultimately the SQ is the thing which really matters to me. Yes, I think overall the QA could be improved. I hope it's a matter of time. By 2025 is the time that made in China will be ready with some of the best quality products. In 2023 I am already seeing it and it's not even though yet. Good point though;)

BTW the P6Pro Ti99 battery life is probably better than the Sony. It was the 6 year old product LP6 where the battery maturity was not that good then hence I am waiting for the LP7;)

It's not official but usually when they bring out the Eichen lacquered dial with platinum and with the Camo case it's the creme de la creme and cannot be better. Just like the 7AE version. That was the last LP6. This I believe is the last P6 range.

@@Mr1stcat For LP their QA is better than most since Mr Wan is a stickler for super high quality. When I buy LP it is because I admire this gentleman. LP sound is just next to none hence I am able able to see pass some of the things which you mentioned. Fair point.

I have owned both. It will be a long comparison since I will need to cover both comfort and sound. The Black Erlkonig will always be the classic to own. It has it's own style whereas the Traillii Ti have really their place in the mids and the vocals. The reason why it was called the Traillii is because it sings like a bird and I believe it to be the best vocals I have heard on an IEM. I have ventured into making my own IEMs so I know how hard it is to get this sound. This is what you are paying for. This magic ingredient. I have no affiliation with Oriolus. I am an end user just enjoying my sounds:) But just to say sound is subjective so don't take my word for it and listen to it if you get a chance to decide yourself. Main thing is to enjoy it.;)

I've have purchased many of their watches and have them for about a year now without any problems. I think with the new Can they have been testing the movement and accuracy more in a number of different positions. I can only speak for the time I have had the Perception since these are relatively new. I have 2 Odyssey watches and these are preowned over 4 years and no problem. I think in terms of value they are next to none for the price and value proposition. The problem with people are they start to compare it with a Patek worth 30 times the price and expect that level for that price. TBH I am more than happy with them.
