If you look up the sway bar you are running the manufacturer mentions you will possibly have quirky highway issues. I had one and even with 6-7* of caster it was a little squarely on highway. Put stock sway back on and drove great.

Window shop till you drop! Lol. Couldn't agree with you more. Junk, junk and more junk. Imagine if you were the original owners and what they payed for these pieces of crap when they were new! We bought our toy hauler in 2006. A 2004 27ft Rage'N TT. Pretty solid built rig. Several years down the road we knew we wanted a class A. In our travels we managed to stop and talk to the folks in the RV parks who had class A's. Their advice was, stay away from Fleetwood, Winnebago, Bounders and so on. And these were the ones we thought were great. Everyone said to look at Tiffin, Monaco, Country Coach and a few other brands and get a tag axle but don't buy one any older than 2008 as the quality went down hill. We went to all the RV show's around Phoenix looking and we ran into the exact things you just showed. All the newer stuff 2010 and up was just junk! It took a few years then in 2017 we found a for sale by owner 2004 Country Coach 40ft tag axle. Here in AZ you don't pay sales tax from a private seller, another bonus! We payed 80k for a 400k (when it was new) class A. Good things come to those who wait. We've always operated on the principle of... if was meant to be it will be. Hoping you'll find the right one too.

Does this fix the … drivers side heat is not as hot and passenger side is hotter … my recirc and other actuators are constantly moving with the car off ..? My only complaint is the driver side heat is like 30 degrees cooler than the pass side heat

This is information for those of you that have Aqua Hot or Hydro Hot systems in your RV's. I would like to share something with you and your viewers concerning the the electric circulation pumps. As you and many know the pumps that run the heating zones are very expensive. Our 2004 RV has the Hydro Hot system. The motors inside the pumps are brushless so the way they are made makes it east to disassemble and clean the inside where the impeller lives. Depending on the use of the system the Hydronic fluid can degrade and build up inside of the pump causing the impeller to stick, no flow through the zones. If that didn't fix the problem, here you go. And now for the big reveal. I found this on Amazon and believe it or not they work perfectly. RALBDX Auxiliary Cooling Water Pump With Plug Compatible With A3 A4 TT,VW Beetle Jetta Passat Tiguan CC Eos Golf GTI - 2.0T Engine Replace 1K0965561J $21.99. Look at the price! They are just about the same size as factory but the difference is the inlet and outlet's they are 3/4 inch. You will need to go to a hardware store and get reducer fittings and some hose to convert to the 1/2 inch on the original pumps. They come with a wire and plug to fit the connector on the pump so connecting to the original wire leads is very simple. I hope this helps someone out.

Good to know! Our go to is in fact the Walmart in Cortez. In the past years we've boondocked up on Lizard Head Pass 15 miles or so from Telluride. 2 years ago we stayed for a month in Cortez at Westview RV Resort. Brand new place with very nice spacious lots beautiful grass and concrete pads. Clubhouse with live bands and happy hour. Then up the road aways is Stoner Colorado another nice quiet RV park. Preist Gulch is yet another beautiful park but mostly booked up for the summer. We bought out JKUR while we were in Cortez that year too. Good places to stay and hit the Jeep trails in the area, which we still need to do, someday.

Like this direction for RVing.....curious to see where you land on this venture....

The only thing I don't like the Volvo is the placement of the automatic transmission controls. I like the way the Freightliner Cascadia is set up, with the shifter on the right side of the steering wheel.

Can confirm it is a bitch to remove, had to remove 1 screw by feel and frustration, but you can get it.

I found that with jeeps that are lifted. You need to make sure the rear axle is square to a given point on the frame and / or unitbody first. Then, square up the front axle with the rear. Making sure the track bars correctly align both axles side to side. Then, get on with the caster, camber, and toe adjustments. Also, check your rear upper control arm mounts. If they bend or crack, they will drive your jeep all over the road for you

OEM alignment specifications are established and measured with the full weight of the vehicle on low-tension turnplates, placed on a surface level to within 1/16 inch from corner to corner. These steps ensure that tolerances in wheel bearings, kingpins, and other articulations don’t compromise the accuracy and precision required for a diagnostic alignment. Camber and caster tolerances often need to be measured with a resolution as fine as 1/10 of a degree. Unequal camber as small as 1/4 degree from side to side can cause steering pull. Additionally, any changes to caster or camber will alter toe, requiring further adjustment. While your technique might suffice to get you to an alignment shop, it will never match the accuracy or precision of a commercial-grade alignment system.

Very cool system. Definitely can't wait for more of a long-term review on this. Glad to see it's made in USA and they actually care about their customers. I can't tell you how many times I've e-mailed and called various companies with questions about products and was totally ignored or dismissed. Like you, if you can't take time to answer a question or 2 then I don't have time to use your product. Will be looking into this when I get ready for one.
