My First WRL Race! // Cold Tires.. // Vlog - Part 1
มุมมอง 34ปีที่แล้ว
In today's video, we joined 89X for their WRL Race at Mid Ohio Race Course. Overall, I had a blast and truly enjoyed seeing cars race and fly past at 150 mph. The day unfortunately took a quick turn, but the Camaro didn't. The cold tires caused some bad understeer, and the car went straight into the tirewall. It didn't take much to get the car fixed and back out on the track for the upcoming Pa...

Bolt Broke Inside STI Caliper...
มุมมอง 297ปีที่แล้ว
Today was supposed to be a simple and easy day of changing brakes. I ordered new Hawk HP Pads and Stoptech Slotted Rotors. the old R1 Concepts kit just couldnt keep up with the Brembo Brakes. For those of you that work on cars, you know that no job is ever "simple and easy." Something almost ALWAYS goes wrong. One of the rear Caliper Bolts snapped inside of the Caliper. it took DAYS to fix. Fol...

    Gotta say this is worrying. last video posted by the guy is his chain tightening video without a torque wrench. also being a young guy with a new bike... Hope all is well and you just started having too much fun to post anymore.

    Hello ! I have an Impreza 2003 2.0 an I need to replace my old rubber mats. Could you tell me where I could find them online or OEM version of them, because I've been looking or them on eBay but there are just old and damaged rubber mats, and when I find some OEM rubber mats the reviews say that the mats doesn't fit well. Any suggestion will help, Thank you.

    Hey man, just picked up the same bike and finished first oil change at 500 (changed it early). Did you have a lot of metal in your oil? Mine didn’t look great and the magnet picked up a lot of metal dust. And my cylinder filter screens had a bit in there too. I’m sure it’s normal, but wondering about yours. ALSO my bike grinds into second gear going from first sometimes once the bike is warm…any comment on how the bikes transmission has been for you??? I’m hoping maybe my loose chain is the issue and am adjusting it tomorrow morning. Thanks!

    • @701Adventures
      @701Adventures หลายเดือนก่อน

      I know you posted the question five months ago but yes metal fragments in the first few oil changes are not uncommon, nothing to worry about. 👍

    • @Joebro200
      @Joebro200 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@701Adventures yes sir! Upon research I guess it’s particularly common with KTM (the whole bike is KTM). Also, for anyone wondering, that weird transmission issue seemed to go away after probably 1,000 miles. I started using my quick shifter for the first time after that constantly and now everything works great (5,000 miles) maybe something was breaking in? Maybe it was my chain? Who knows but bike runs amazing. Best bike ever surprised you don’t see more of them on the road

  • @Joebro200
    @Joebro200 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Did you notice before you changed the oil, the tranny wouldn’t shift as good? I’m at 500 miles rn and all a sudden my bikes periodically grinds into second. Super weird

      I got a manual Supra A91 2 weeks ago. It's insanely fun and completely transforms the car. The Revmatch is unbelievable. If it's your daily and not a weekend car I would get the automatic without a doubt due to how bad ttaffic can get here in Southern California. Otherwise the manual is nostaltic. I think when they stop making the Supra in 2024 or 2025 people will realize how special this car is.
