Turning Point for Child Brides in Malawi
DanChurchAid now working with Norwegian Church Aid in Malawi graduates 178 girls and boys in vocational skills, most of whom are survivors of child marriages. Child marriages in Malawi remain high despite having laws prohibiting them. One in every two girls in Malawi get married before the age of 18.
