Flow state is a state of absolute focus and concentration on the moment and the task at hand.
But what's happening inside of us that causes this state, and more importantly how can we achieve it every day?
In this video I wanted to cover what flow state is, the physiological changes happening inside of us that lead to this experience and most importantly, my simple method to achieve flow state almost every day.

I am analyzing your TH-cam channel. I watch your videos regularly. You are making great videos but you are not getting that viewer according to your videos. As an SEO expert, I understand your videos are not SEO properly Basically, due to not doing SEO, your video does not reach a worldwide audience, due to which the video does not get views, likes, comments, and subscribers to the channel. As an SEO expert, I suggest you SEO your videos properly then your channel will improve a lot.
I beg to differ. Self esteem is absolutely based on a subjective perspective not facts. We measure us and others by either own values or the one society/parents. Nothing factual bout that.
oh for sure, but I would still argue that our subjective view of ourselves is evidence, even if it is skewed. We have a standard, and we judge our own actions according to that. I would argue that as humans we almost prioritise the subjective to make judgements.

Oh no... they knocked down their glowie strawman? Then why even set him up? Come on, you want to know who the real leader of the red pill movement is? Divorced women and family court judges.
I know hes not even close to being in the same realm but when Jordan Peterson started talking about how broken men feel. How that nonstop chanting about people's rights has left them lost. That to take on a meaningful responsibility is a forgot art. It just clicked. One thing that I noticed that people ignore about Andrew Tate was the fact that he was highlighting 3 different relms. What is, how you should react, the end goal. People confused all three.
Peterson is a joke, and tate is just tradcon without a license: (work hard, make income for society, procreate).
I see what you mean for sure. Taking on accountability and being responsible for your actions is definitely important, and it's something people seem to be ignoring when they talk about their issues
