Why do I have to do this TWICE during my course?? Makes NO SENSE. I'm 95% done with with state portion of my MLO course and now I have to do this again?? Makes no sense at all.

Former test prep teacher here: I always underline negatives when I see them in a question. Words like “not” or “no” or “without” change everything! Also, I strike a line through the extra information to make it easier to focus on the root. I also strike through the choices I know are definitely not the right answer (usually there are two that are easy to spot as wrong!)

Do we need to take test for different states separately if i need take license for multiple states?

Let's say I fail my third time and I have to wait another 180 days. How many times after the 180 days we can take the test? 3 times more?

Are we talking about TRID or URLA? This video is VERY CONFUSING to people just learning this stuff!!! Thank God I learned this stuff somewhere else! If you're going to talk about URLA(1003) focus on the sections and what is contained in each section. TRID is just regarding disclosures, and mostly pertains to the Loan Estimate, CHARM Booklet, Disclosures given to HELOCS and REFINANCES, and the Closing Disclosure. It also says what information on an applications triggers the need for disclosures. There are 5 key pieces of information taken on an app and then you must send the borrower disclosures.

Can someone explain why we are getting different numbers for question 3? Why do we have to multiply by 52 then divide by 12. Instead of multiplying 540.80 by 4 and getting the monthly pay?

Question about MLO exam and RESPA Section 8. How can Chat Seely , Jorge Newbery , and Owneasy sign up so many people be without MLO license in 50 states without NMLS ID and no NMLS Exam but allow to give out kickback , fee splitting. Is this what cause house to crash and CFPB

David Luna, you are man that been in the business years. Is the CFPB SECTION 8 : been update 2024 , that allow MLO to get kickback, fee slipping etc off getting people send them loans and people to recruiting other to get loans.
