Awesome to see Will starting to work with you! Last year, around the 10th of November, my mom and I visited your flightschool, and Will gave me some very useful tips on the IEC work visa to get a temporary work permit here in Canada. Seeing how your school operates and works like a tight knit team was amazing. Unfortunately I had already invested a lot in fixed wing flying, so I'm pursuing that path at the moment in MB. But if I'll ever be able to put the money aside, I'll get the CPL(H) in your school. Brilliant environment and operation. And these videos are a proof that you do things the best, getting people to learn the roots and step by step learning how to fly commercially in the mountains. Thank you Sufyan from Italy

Nice video of confined area ops. But there are so many ways to improve things I hope 🤔 This approach is bit hazardous and can see a moving of a tree near to tail during approach. This could be a vertical landing either double angle approach. And the turn around the pilot position is really hazardous in confined area prior to clearing obstacles. Slope landing cx should be to done prior to land. During the T/O check the available hover power add 10% to do tower T/O, apply power to max available once vertical acceleration reduces clearing obstacles transmitting forward Hope u got an idea. Safe TO and happy landings.

After many years flying on and maintaining fenestron equipped HH-65's I am a big fan of them.

Love this overview - would like to learn about different rotor systems like Bell or Hiller. Very detailed and interesting is it normal that the R44 tail rotor emits this squealing noise?

It looks suspiciously like you could very easily have an DC brushless motor driving that tail rotor, and then have arbitrary "feel" to the pedals, and not have to vary the pitch of the blades, just vary rpm...

Well Done! At higher forward speeds, the fenestron can also be quieter (as heard on the ground)

Next video: which is better Robinson orange or Guimbal orange

Even the NOTAR has more yaw authority than the fenestron t.r. And that is what you want. Not a fan....😅

Thanks for the useful video. I learned to fly a helicopter (virtually) by watching your videos and when I tried a real Cabri it felt a lot more familiar (instructor let me take control on my first lesson!)
