Crazy theory time here but is it possible hank is headed for vault 21 on the strip? In current cannon it’s said that house filled up most of the vault and turned it into a hotel, but could the show be taking a route where house was instead hiding something in the vault and now hank has come to try and collect it? Alternatively he could be coming to access house’s networks and find a clue that leads him somewhere else.

Quintus never saw Maximus as ambitious, and he was quite sure Maximus didn't sabotage Dane right after interrogation. That in the end was just a "carrot" after "stick", cause Quintus will not send BoS into potential "wild goose chase" battle, only cause some soldier said so. What saved Maximus' life, is a fact that Quintus has his superiors, and this mission being of highest priority and importance to them. Quintus was just extracting more info from Maximus, and prompting him to tell the truth. Assigning him to First Wave and Vanguard, was part of it, combined with punishment..

I'm wondering if the knight max saw is the same elder that is leading this brotherhood chapter. If what I say is true he might look at Max as a survivor and believes he is strong. Just a thought. More than likely wrong but still plausible.

I think you’re missing the point about the corn. It looks like some kind of mutated post-apocalyptic freak vegetable, which it is. I know everything nowadays is genetically engineered and fairly immune from change but after a nuclear war I think the corn looks properly mutated. Just my two cents.

One thing I don't get about Vault-Tec and Vault 31: what are they waiting for? They say they want to take over, so why are they still underground 219 years later? Why didn't they emerge right away and start setting up before factions could establish themselves. We're told that Hank blew up Shady Sands because they were "competition," but he took them out and then immediately went back underground again. And for that matter, it seems they didn't even know the NCR existed until Lucy's mom discovered them. Do they not have equipment to monitor the surface? How are they planning to know when to go up if they have no clue what's happening outside?

I enjoyed this so much omg it was nice to see v111 be explored for once

I named my son after Shaun in the game. This game will forever give me nostalgia.

It's weird how, in the games, stimpacks are basically a panacea, but in the show, not only are they exceedingly rare, but apparently even a fully functioning vault doesn't use them...

It's weird how this one aspect of the game involves so much out-of-game number crunching. Imagine if you had to actually isolate and replicate the antibodies for the scorched plague when creating the Nuka-Cola cure, Or having to actually rewire the circuitry in Fort Atlas as part of the BoS questline. At the very least, they could have included an option where you have Modus or a specially reprogrammed Robobrain decrypt it for you, but in classic Bethesda fashion, instead of coming up with a more reasonable way to limit nuke launches, they instead pushed people to use external sources like Nukacrypt to launch them even faster...

Shows are now made to compete for your attention with TikTok and Instagram, so they are more like a collection of highlight reels and exciting clips than a developing narrative.

You don't think Chet would recognize that he's with the prettiest woman alive as far as he knows? While also recognizing he's just an average guy. Like we're supposed to ignore something so obvious or is this a case of not casting the right actors? There's plenty of average looking women in the show. They chose to put Chet with the prettiest one knowing she was the prettiest one. His emotion is disbelief or we have to admit it's poor casting.

Roofus was one of Moldaver's people in Filly there to escort Wilizig after transaction with Ma June, they also paid shooters to protect transaction, and during shootout Roofus got KIA, and Ghoul got the letter of his body (or other shooter from Filly) as we saw Ghoul pushed out from Filly with CX 404 tracking Wilzig, only that night, cause he "lost" a day (afternoon) there gathering clues and evidence. Roofus paid Ma June via his brother to cover the tracks, and letter itself is not much of security leak regarding standard bounty hunter, but the Ghoul is around for over 200yrs, so it would seem, it was enough info for him to know where to go next. Also we saw that coordinates Ma June gave to Lucy are not just other "meet up" location, and instead the location (Observatory), and we saw how she "disappeared" from Filly after shootout, likely due to what she knows, extracted from Filly by Moldaver's people after they saw mission "went south"..

I believe We have seen the test subjects mostly ruling themselves before in Fallout 4 with Vault 81 The dogmeat enclave theory is a fun idea especially when mixed with the "hes his own man" or similar comment made by mama murphy when you ask her about dogmeat in the museum
