100% agree with your conclusions at the end. One 6" mover is fine, but everything else needs to be 8/10" and up

I had a lot of fun in our game and it was a solid note to end the event on. I think your analysis of your force is spot on. I will say that your hunchback was a really star in capability. Tough enough to take a few hits with a 12 inch move at 6/6/0 had me considering it for some of my own future lists.

Thanks for the recap, I really like how you structured it, especially the inclusion of your opponents' lists and the match summaries. I was there with my Hell's Horses force, I hope to see you there next year!

I've used the L Pulse variant of the Gurkha to good effect as a spotter. In the end though, C3 is very expensive for BV games... I think it's worth it in games where CBills and tonnage are what dictate force composition

Well...to be honest I like the outher way better. Kudos to you for experimenting thou! We all love creativity!

I like the added commentary. I'll say that the turn two it wasn't necessarily just "the dice roll how they roll", his to hit numbers were pretty high across the board and yours were more reasonable. So there was an element of tactics in play still.

I enjoy the format and finding out what you learned.

ME4 Sound effects, this is awesome. My 1st exposure to the world of mechs was a MW4 Vengeance box I picked up at BJs. Then I learned it was a board game. Now, 15 years later I can buy my own. Much nostalgia and happiness. Subbed!

Excellent tournament report. I agree about the truck scenario - it was my least favorite because it took the focus away from mech combat. Would’ve liked to play against you, maybe next year…
