This amp isn’t for DI sound, and I wouldn’t condemn it for that either. It’s awesome on a good cab

You need to show more styles of playing not just rock i have a lot of these pedals and they are usually very good in fact the phaser and fuzz are better than my expensive Pedals. Stick an eq pedal in the chain and these pedals are fantastic value for money😊

Ha I'm glad I am not the only one who had the issues with the repeats past 2ish. Same goes for their Analog Delay. I reviewed them all couple months ago .actually lucked out I got them all for about $13. I thought they were Ok, quality very inconsistent. Phase pedal didn't even work. Nice Demo

What ive found out is most are good. You just have to find the sweet spot. The controls are usually a little tricky but they can sound great.

Was that dark terror boosted? If so, that’s a very flubberey, non tight tone. Over never liked orange that much and that demo gave me all the evidence I need to continue disliking orange. This was great, mate. I’ll sub for this vid alone.

Great video mine just arrived Is there a way to change bank up and down to Next/Previous patch instead? I find myself using stomp mode all the time during gigs, and when I want to change to the next patch in the same bank (ex. 30A to 30B) it opens Bank 31 and lets me select A B C D from there with the bottom foot switches.

Just now watching, sounded great but the first couple of songs were you struggling with stretching new strings to hold tuning or do an intonation adjustment after those because your later riffs were on point. Great tones and I’m always a killswitch engage and as I lay dying fan. Although if you want some new material to check out some trivium my dude!

I just got rid of my JVM 210H it was way too hard to dial in and too much noise from the head after the tubes got hot this was actually not my first Marshall and they always give me problems........so when I heard about The new ICONIC Coming out I grabbed it up right away the price is half of what lower end MARSHALLS are going for and they sound great and if you are in a 1 guitar band get the EL34's they fill the room a little better but both sound great if you can afford it get both and run them split

The Powerball is such a beautiful amp. I honestly rather have that than the other higher end Engls.

It's a very simple one, but "Lucifer's Rocking Chair" by Cancer Bats is such a headbanger of a riff. Totally underrated.

I like the Engl and Orange the best here. They compliment the mix while sounding big and having their own sound. The Revv comes in as a close 3rd. The Kraken sounds horrible to me, almost like a very cheap amp. The 6505 also sounds quite bad in comparison, although I know it can sound way better than this. Maybe you scooped the amps to much for my personal liking.

The Ironball 20 vs the 6505 mini would be a more evenly matched shootout.

Howdy! Do you still have that Donner Arena 2000? I would like to see you do more with that if it's still in your possession. I just bought one for a late Christmas present to myself, and not many Metal guys have put out anything more than a quick sponsored demo! Also, it would be cool to see you do a video with you experimenting with microphone placement using your favorite 421 of course! Ola Englund has an old video showing 5 different placements that all sounded good, but he used the darkest sounding one for the mix! I think they were tracking for one of the Feared albums, and he's said that it's easier to EQ the guitar by mic'ing in the right spot than trying to fix using EQ in your DAW or studio! I have also seen a video from a Rock guy (forgot his name,) showing a couple positions that I haven't seen any Metal guys use: placing a mic all the way at the edge of the speaker, and angled very sharply so the mic is aimed at the center of the dustcap! He said this was a great way to capture the full range of the whole speaker with just one mic! The other was if you have an open or semi-open back cab, placing a mic somewhere in the back to capture more low-end! It may or may not sound good on it's own, but it's meant to be blended with another close-mic'ed selection in the front! Anyhow, I hope you have a great New Year's Eve and day, and keep on Rocking! \m/
