I think being in a true polyamorous situation requires a great amount of emotional fortitude and maturity. I'm on the fence if I condone it, however, I have truly enjoyed the company of many women. He's using the logical fallcy of Moving The Goalpost as an approximately manipulative tactic. His premise to argue from and to is according to the framing "polyamory" like explained in the caption. Though what he describes in the first minutes is polygyny (a man having multiple female partners) and then polygamy (people "sleeping around"), not polyamory. One could argue, you can equal these terms but that's not true, due to the love of polyamory changing the "casualty" aspects Peterson claims of sex. Therefore, he changes the context (moving the goalpost) of the subject he wants to argue about, therefore discussing inconsistently. Besides, speaking of circumstances not necessarily implied in polyamory itself is also distorting the circumstances to argue from, e.g. "think about the children." (who are not a "must-have" for a romantic relationship).

Being unable to scientifically define "a woman" the birthing person now applies across the spectrum to anyone who can get pregnant and have a child. While we cannot scientifically prove "men" cannot have babies, with genetic testing, we can prove that the man having a baby is biologically female. Other than your occasional genetic sub variants, genetic testing can prove 100% beyond a shadow of a doubt if the person is either male or female. This isn't a how many angels dance on the head of a pin issue. Thanks to science, there is now a legal argument allowing protection of biological females.. So Planet Fitness can errect signs indicating Female Locker Room. Penn can have a Female Swim Team. The NCAA and the IOC can legally declare for Female Sporting Competition. The highschool gentleman who trashed the tampon machine attached to the wall in the mens restroom will not have that problem again in the Male restroom. And the loudmouth man on the net daring anyone to stop Her from using the womens locker room. That won't be a problem with a Female locker room. Trans women like me and perhaps a little unlike me--are women and deserve to be so considered because of our brains which cause us to have all so many issues just like cis women do. The only real difference is that most probably we are lacking feminine experiences because we did not grow up being treated as girls but as we develop and mature we are able to mature just like cis girls do only later in terms of years. We are not male just because our outward bodies may be. As always it is the brain that really is responsible for our gender: not our outward bodies. There is a theory that the "transgender brain" is a "hybrid brain" rather than one like the "cisgender brain" but this theory fails to take into consideration the developing of our brains which very logically are not going to be like the cisgender brain unless we are allowed to develop as we are meant to.

All of these things were screaming "LOOK AT ME!". That wasn't good enough, so the new rebellion is to force thought on other people. It is damaging to the real transgenders out there. If you wanna know what's polyamory's about, go listen to people who lives it for the sake of understanding, as I listen to monogamous people to get what their thinking is.
