What makes their passive so confusing ?. Their passive basically gives them an extra life, no complicated math or something along those lines.

No. Aurora's passive regenerates 30% of her max HP, same goes to Nana but it's 10% of her max HP. Lylia's passive does not have self-healing effect. Oracle doesn't increase them to 90% or 30%. They works with max HP

Lifesteal counts as "Healing Received". It doesn't count as "Healing Effect", tho.
U know oracle was best when there’s no tank so u can go tank/support maybe u can still go support/tank thanks to thunder belt but idk
The oracle vs lifebane is like, oracle enhance heals to 130%, and lifebane halves it (130÷2=65%)

So combining Genius Wand and Divine Glaive makes Divine Glaive a little less effective if the enemy has a lot of Magic Defence? Same case with Hunter Strike/ Heptaseas plus Malefic Roar combo?
For the first part, not just little. But if you wonder if it's still worth to build them together, it depends on the hero. For example, some heroes benefit from genius wand in earlygame, while doesn't particularly benefit from scaling magic items so you can get divine glaive together later. This means that you'd need to do math on a hero like skill damage, average damage output, etc to find the best build. For the second part, either of those 2 items work well together with malefic roar and even all of them (but as I said earlier, it may not be an optimal combination for a hero)
