Thanks for the video, however, it would be much more beneficial (as the person doing the sewing ((ME)) to have it filmed from YOUR view, not as someone watching. Then maybe Tdager wouldn't have had to watch it 50 times before he got it right. At least the N S E W reference helps

Met Skeeter around 1975. After that he never forgot my name and always welcomed me to OX Meadows. He always had time to visit when we crossed paths at EAA Meetings, Felts Field, and other times. Such an interesting guy; his stories and “Skeeterism’s” were endless, and so entertaining. Hadn’t seen him for many years since I moved from Spokane. Coming across this video was a treat. A huge “Thank you” to all involved in putting it together!

Hey, Addison! It's Evan, formerly out of Coronado but now dwelling in the high desert in New Mexico, lol. You gave me and a friend a ride in the Sr. Speedmail back in the day, we flew over the stadium in Mission Valley and the rocks in Mission Gorge! An awesome flight, well-remembered to this day! I saw some video on the Boeing 40C before I left CA, but I've been watching a few more here in Alamogordo... awesome videos! I'm glad to see you and your family are still at it, nobody restores vintage or antique aircraft like the Pemberton Family! Keep up the good work, including the videos! You're still the best natural born pilot I've ever met... Wingnut has some killer F-18 Hornet videos, but I've never met him, lol. That'd be one heckuva plane ride after flying in the Sr. Speedmail, lol. Cheers, brother! "YOU DA MAN!!!" Lol...

What a great job you did on this beautiful aircraft! The one thing I really love about the goose is that art deco design of the arched windscreen windows.

I'd like to know her WW II war history. Where she was stationed and flown.

My grandfather flew and instructed in the PBY and PBY5A during and post war, those were amazing aircraft, and still are. Even better than the Tomcats I worked on.

Wonderful time had by all. That was a great video. I used to watch a PBY take off and land in Long Beach harbor in the early 80' s from my sail boat. But on that lake with all those plane......WOW big thrill! Thanks for posting with radio talk.

The video work and photography were gorgeous, majestic and epic. Like a Rolls Royce, it does not need flame decals on the top and sides of the hood, and political/New Age stickers all over it, or as applicable to this video, music.

Loved watching the PBY taking off, my father served on PBY’s in the South Pacific during WWII, VP54, the famous Black Cat Squadron
