@lars.langen I'm only vegetarian for now, but it's still challenging eating correctly trying to lose fat and gaining muscle at the same time 🥲
@TheElektra93 vegetarian is much easier than vegan though. with a good protein, eggs, dairy etc. you can do a lot still
Honestly, I find social events the hardest, both of these aren’t that bad, especially if you get the right kind of good food.

Rice, chicken, beef, beans, eggs, is not expensive lol. Quit getting starbucks everyday. Don't see it as spending money but investing.
Idk how people can say this. Everybody has their own budgets and cost of living but at one point I was living off of $100 a month (give or take) for groceries and still was able to eat clean. The fact I only had $100 was why I ate clean. It’s all the BS snacks and convenient foods that cost.

@jeetpatil6613 long-length partials should be done starting from fully stretched position to have the effect you are referring to. Regardless it has nothing do to with this video. This is controlling the eccentric for more muscle growth.

About the last one quality over quantity you can get up to 60% of your growth potential with just 1 set for that muscle aslong as you push that set hard
yes exactly my point. I don't think any of us have enough intenstiy that one set is enough but when you do 2 sets per exercise and 5 sets per muscle, this is the sweet spot for optimal growth IF you push to true failure as you said!

Plant based diets reduce risk of cancer and heart disease. They do not lead to nutritient deficiency as long as the diet is well planned and balanced as all diets should be.

@lars.langen For iron, things like lentils or tofu and for b12 i just supplement it.
Your statement that plant based diets lead to nutrient deficiencies is objectively false. Unbalanced and incomplete diets lead to deficiencies and those aren't exclusive to vegans.

@lars.langen These are healthy unsaturaded fats, which are Essential for your Heart and Hormone Production. Then you could also say, eggs and salmon are unhealthy. There are no special foods that make you fat, its calories in vs. Calories Out that simple. You could litteraly get fat from Rice, oats, greek yoghurt, or loose weight with only chocolate and skittles. What matters is a caloric deficit or caloric surplus, period.
