What would you recommend for someone who has absolutely no muscle mass, high body fat, but want to build muscle in the process. Goal is to do this as fast as possible. mainly want to lose bodyfat not weight but like 100% body fat and 60-70% weight. what would u recommend? mini cut protocol?

First off scratch the "fast as possible" I did it trust me doesn't work. What you want to do is improve your body composition, meaning building muscle and shedding body fat at the same time and yes that's definetly possible. Watch my videos on training split so you know what to do in the gym.
when it comes to the kitchen do this: 1.5g protein x lbs body weight, 0.3g fat x lbs body weight, with carbs you can play, but make sure you're in a slight deficit around 300-500 cals max. Get in enough sleep and focus on getting stronger each session in the gym. That way you'll build muscle mass fast and also cut body fat. Give this 4 months try and you'll look completely different. But don't dirty bulk or do a crazy almost no calories cut, you either gain too much fat or lose all the muscle. Steady wins the game, and it'll be much faster than doing anything drastic, belive me talking personal experience here. Hope that helps brother!
Also I do have a "Transformation Blueprint" hit me up on IG or FB "lars.langen" and I'll send it to you.

I’m not sure your reasoning is strong enough to deter people from fasting.

Fair enough everyone should do what they think is right, however if someone wants to make actual progress fasting is NOT the way to go!

what are you even talking about, intermittent fasting works like a charm, and you can still sit with people during their meal time, is it odd? no, not at all, just because others eat 3 times a day doesn't mean you need to.

@@shokikubota it's anti social, but I agree I wouldn't care about that at all, but as to the other points it's catabolic and slwos down your metabolism, so still pretty shitty diet lol

disagree. He has very valid point. Let us not forget, each body is different, and various factors apply to everyone. I am not saying it is bad, but it is certainly not for everyone. I tried this and it had exactly opposite effect with me. Was not working, it made me anxious, i craved later in the evening. Basically, messed up my metabolism. I went back to normal eating/ healthy lifestyle long term and voila, works like a charm. I would not ever get back to restricted eating window. Might work for you, but again, do not forget, we are all different. But he is definitely right with his points made in this video.

@RobAirepicflights I would say the exact opposite, it works great for me and i have none of the negative effect you mentioned and have lost 20 KG.

@@shokikubota Okay I think we have to get a few things straight here: First off, bro losing 20kg is amazing, awesome job you should and can be proud of yourself!!
2nd: Yes intermittent fasting works for muscle loss. Most people eat 3 or 4 meals, and when they reduce it to only 2 they consume less calories, which puts them into a caloric deficit which we need to lose weight in the first place. however there's nothing magical about fasting 16 hours or more. it is still calories in vs. calories out.
The point I'm making which still stand true: Intermittent fasting is in many ways inferior to a "normal" 4-5 meals per day diet, because a) your metabolism will slow down compared to higher meal frequency and b) you're not taking advantage of the proteinbiosynthesis stimulation we can provide due to 4-5 high protein meals and c) fasting is know to increse grelin levels which leads to higher cortisol levels, which is also catabolic.
can you lose weight with intermittent fasting? Absolutely. Is it the best way to do it from a phyisologiacal standpoint? Absolutely not! Is it the right diet for some people who find it easier to eat nothing instead of having a smaller meal? Yes, but I would still reason you'd be better off long- and even short-term to just getting used to eating smaller but more frequent meals.
Btw. high food volume also puts a lot of stress on your stomach and gut biome and digestive system so it is always the better/healthier route to eat less volume and seperate it over more frequent meals
