I agree with you so much on this bottle. Somewhat new to bourbon but I've been in it around 6 months now and I have so many other bottles that I reach for other than this one. Nothing wrong with it but doesnt have anything special that is calling me back to it.

Ehhh I kind of feel like you may have showed your ass a bit in this one but I’m sure you don’t mind because you’re speaking your truth which is nothing but respectable! Wasn’t a fan of this one at all to be honest and the buddy next you wasn’t either that’s for sure lol. I have a pretty extensive experience with bourbons and whiskey and personally love Dickel! Hell I live 15 minutes away from them which may be a bit bias lol. None the less, that’s the beauty of whiskey; Everyone has their pallet and opinion which makes the community that much better and solidified. Keep up the great work; my GOTO channel regarding bourbon/whiskey and a huge supporter always!

We just got Ben Holladay in Virginia. Picked up both the soft wheat and the bottled in bond bourbon. They were still in the box on the floor hadn’t even hit the shelf yet 😆 I agree the red soft wheat is a delicious pour. Cheers Tj
