A Handwerksmeister can open his own workshop like centuries ago, while an Industriemeister only is leading for example one production hall of many in a factory. Oh a Meisterstück/ masterpiece is in german either the item, the mastercraftsman has produced for his master craftsmam test, or an unexpected good work of someone, who is no master craftsman, for example a very good painting of an artist.
