    I was very fortunate to learn this form from Master Bing. What he taught me though was many levels above this and much more combat oriented. Though he did an amazing job with this performance, it is really only a small fraction of his actual skill.

    Many thanks to the SiFu and student for the demonstration. At 00:03:47 The Sifu and student perform an open and close and then start TCA 2 forms. When I first started learning this form at a Senior Center, I didn't think I was learning real Tai Chi. As I later learned, the forms in Tai Chi for Arthritis are from the Sun 73 Forms which I have spent the last year learning and have a long road to go. As I have progressed, my respect for the TC for Arthritis has grown tremendously as it is a short set of forms with incredible depth.

    I'd really like to have seen his whole form, but sadly the camera man didn't realize that you also need to see his legs and feet :D Makes the video pretty much useless.
