great memories of this brilliant live band, used to perform at motorbike rally Sheep in the Welly at Carron Bridge hotel in early nineties!

Many happy memories…….looking back it was the best years of my life by far. I was there between 1975 and 1978. I knew the girls in the photograph and also some of the guys in the photos at the end! So many crazy funny times…..

Amazingly recognisable. If you visited that staff room and they opened the door, you were greeted by so much tobacco smoke, you'd have thought there was a fire. H. Robb, check-patterned jacket and his box of pencils labelled "peacils": Beware of being "deliberately obtuse" and his "The day's deliberate mistake". A. Gold, teacher of English par-excellence, who broadened our horizons on subjects like choice of cheeses and colours of jumpers. Scary, belt-happy Techie Teachers like A.Stevenson, who gave my friend six of it for grinning at the Sperm Oil in the storeroom and held a (serious) kangaroo-court inquest over who had farted. G. (King Kong) Mc.Nichol - lifelong bachelor and a genuine renaissance man, who taught my dad the word "Tapas" over coffee when they were both retired.

I'm shocked to find out they knocked down my old school last year. That's my two primary schools and secondary school in Glasgow and high school in cumbernauld that doesn't exist anymore. Time stands still for no one.

Fantastic video. Great to see the stairs and the door signs. Is there any footage of the science and art block or the home economics block? The pool too would be great to see. Our music department was non existent. Canteen in would’ve been good to see.

probabaly one of my favourite 3 songs by any Scottish band. I discount the Cocteau Twins as they were an album band. THIS is a TUNE!

All Heavy Cruisers need to have this feature.I purchased a new 2017 Indian Chief and had issues retracting and detracting the sidestand due to being 5Ft 4inches in hight w/a left leg issue.Contact Indian only offered an slightly extended version.Which the sidestand and shifter being forward controls and no heel shifter had to sell the nice looking Chief which is based on looks.After 49 years of riding and owner of 168 motorcycles through have this comment to make is that you are an older rider or not 250 # plus and 6 FT 5 INCH Min plan on putting a lamp shade on it because Pretty dosen.t cut it,what good is it if you can,t ride the Beast is nothing in scale to the 1949 Red Chief on You Tube Check it out NOW THAT WAS A MOTORCYCLE..

The Revellers have 2 CDs which are certainly worth a listen. Renegades and the latest Skeletons. Energetic and vibrant.

Was saddened to hear today of Stewart's (the fiddle player in the slides) passing. We spent a long time together in the band and has some great adventures, especially when Stewart hadn't actually arranged accommodation ;-) RIP Stewart.....

Glad to see one of my favorite bands of all time has a remembrance on TH-cam; it was always a great night when they were to play the Clachaig where I worked in 1993. It's a damn shame they never made it across to the SU to play SXSW in Austin--I think they would have been a huge hit.

Awright Goody, Bruce here .. I totally forgot you guys played with the Cowboys after Locomotive Leipzig .. you still in The Thanes .. never did manage to get through to Edinburgh to see youse. Mental pictures

I remember them from the Settle Inn in Stirling. This was part of their repertoir then but is a little more gentle than I recall.

I worked at the Clachaig back in 93 and always enjoyed the Cowboys.
