I had no idea they had accelerated RN programs. Is this a ABSN program? Do you have your bachelor's in something else? So 12 months that's it??!!
Hi! Thank you for asking🫶🏽 The short answer to your questions are no and not really. The long answer: I’m in an accelerated ADN program. The program requires taking your prerequisites first (about 9 classes), then your HESI A2, and then starting the clinical phase which is only 4 semesters. So all together a little over 12 months. Once that’s done, I’ll be prepared to sit for my NCLEX. I don’t have a prior degree.
I just took mine today and didn’t get a score lower than 80%. Thank you so much!

Can you tell me how Chamberlain does their HESI?
The first time I took the hesi I studied nurse hub and watched nurse Shai. I will say this there was only one question from nurse hub on the hesi exam. I have to take it again in September and don't know if the exam changes each time you take it.
I just noticed that we attend the same school lol but i start the dental program next Monday and although you made this video for nursing i will be definitely be applying it towards dental school. Very good advice thank youu 💗

Yes girl good luck with everything! This is such a great video and advice. I am a nursing student as well currently taking patho / medsurg and been searching for some videos to keep me motivated (a year into my program) that positive mindset is key! There are so many people out here with such a negative mindset about nursing school and the career in general that discourage people from even taking the path. Great video! You definitely have the right mindset for getting through nursing school. I graduated with my RN in May and passed the NCLEX in July. I would say do not stress about not being able to read all those pages they give for exams. If your school provides you with an addendum, focus on it because it outlines what will be on the test. Also learning pathophysiology for diseases helped me greatly. Understanding patho can help you talk yourself through questions on exams to figure out the answers. Good luck with everything!

If you don’t buy the nurse hub would Quizlet be enough ?
Quizlet helps a lot but I personally would not solely rely on it because it’s not as close to the test questions as NurseHub.

I take my HESI August 5 I’ve been using the study tips you were using before nurse-hub nurse; Shai and crash course and I thought it was just me couldn’t retain the information I just watched your video today so I’m going to use nurse hub and see where it takes me and my school said their HESI only consists of math and English
