Tbh I wish other tower defense games implement "barracks" concept more often. I like to watch how your units fighting everyone but kingdom rush almost only one that does it..

Fun Fact: Insta-kill means "Instantly Kill" not "Instantly Disappear and Kill" so Chomper can be used aswell

I just found your channel starting with the barracks only challenge and love these videos, thank you for making these.

I always had a strat of putting 2 barrackback-to'b-back and making the front one knights to tank and deal magic damage and then the barbs behind for ranged support and prevent leaks.

I have never beaten the whole game with barracks, but I beat the was it's name the witch king or something like that? In the first Kingdom Rush though, Final boss, I beat that map with barracks, reinforcements and rain of fire maxed out with only barracks and using reinforcements + rain of fire:D Of course I could upgrade my barracks to those super knights or barbarians and most were barbarians, because of the throwing ability, but I remember using some of the knights as well. I think at the end I had pretty much every single spot on the map with a maxed out barracks on like 2nd or 3rd last round😂 Damn I remember it was alot of microing and I haven't played Kingdom Rush in a while, tho I have what I have bought (there's one of the newer ones I haven't bought) downloaded on my phone, so atleast the original, Frontiers & Vengeance. I also remember that game where there was the Umbra boss (was that in Frontiers, or a third game?) and it was the most annoying boss of all the bosses, except maybe one of the DLC bosses, the Leviathan on frontiers, though I think Umbra thankes number one spot If played on hard... I remember when survival mode came out and it was so fun! I gotta go now max out all my trees again in the original first! I've only recently Been playing chess and BTD6 on my phone😄 Oh right and I of course had some hero when I beat the boss! I forgot about the heroes and I wrote the comment before the hero part had come, do I didn't even remember them being in the game😂 Watched until the end, this was my first video seeing from you and I guess it got reccomended to me, because of all the BTD6 content I have been watching. I just wanna say congratulations on beating the whole game with only one tower type each time👏🏻 I only could do the Vesnan map with barracks, hero rain of fire and reinforcements maxed out:D (Was he referred to as the witch king or something like that at some point in the game or am I misremembering it completely?)

Very cool, this game was a childhood, I loved spaming barracks on every level.

That's crazy, I honestly would not have thought this would be possible. A fun challenge run I've been trying recently has been in Kingdom Rush: Frontiers, to finish the campaign with 3 stars per level (no extra stars before each level) and using each new hero as it becomes available instead of focusing on just 1 and training it to max. I'm thinking of it as a sort of "full canon" run, and it is not all that easy.

2:16 um, not really, nuke does 3000 damage, ignoring half of physical armor, as it won't kill cerberus, bosses, tho, It will kill most of enemies for sure.
