that's probably old habit.. *seat recommendations are "bad lander" style's, which my opinion go very well with the art lines of the machine itself..

before we go on and on, let's get this straight.. *"never do you need to throttle an electronic fuel injection system!" that's what the electronics are for..

The plan is to get those holes filled in and painted. Was never much of a fan of the seat that came with the bike. It was a nice seat, just didn’t go with a deuce. It was so big it looked like it would look better on a road glide or something big like that. Thanks for watching buddy.

@@RichardMarkley I would basically put it up for sale on eBay and just send you the listing so you can purchase through there. Most used combo seats are going for about $300. I could go $120 plus shipping. Don’t plan on ever using it again so good with that. Are you in the states? I typically never ship outside the US because figuring out shipping costs can be difficult.

I agree. It was a very tastefully done bike. I get a lot of compliments on it when I’m out. This is definitely a forever bike. I don’t ever plan on getting rid of it. 🤘🏼

No bother at all. I know they’ve been around for a while. I was also a bit worried when I ordered my wing in terms of if I would even receive it and if I did, the quality because it was expensive. I received the wing much earlier than expected and the quality was top notch. I’ve purchased carbon fiber parts from other sellers where the quality was not good. At least in my experience with this wing, I can say I’m happy with what I received from NENGUN. Hope that helps and good luck with your build.

I received it in about 9 weeks if I remember correctly . It was way sooner than the 5 months lead time that they advertise. They’re custom made to order and ship all the way from Japan. Just know that going in that on the long side it could take up to 5 months. Either way it was well worth the wait. I love this wing! My Z looks amazing with it on. Thanks for watching! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

It took about a week and I did ground order. I ordered the set around April 6th and received the upper and lower the following week on the 13th. Went back trough my emails to see when I received it. There’s other companies out there that charge a core fee because they port used parts. They give you your fee back once they receive your core. The great thing about AMR is that they used brand new parts which they port. No need to worry about core fees or exchanges. Really happy with the set up we received. 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

Yeah man, that’s because they weren’t actually drop in. The lowering springs for my bike require removal of the front wheel, fork legs, etc. I called progressive before I ordered those drop ins and they confirmed they would work for my ‘03. I’ll be sure to include wrench hunting in the time on the next one. That takes me at least an hour 😂. I appreciate you watching.

@@speeddemonsion1505 And I made one small mistake putting my front end together. I put it all back together without installing my headlight back on the triple tree. Don't do that. 😂 I had to unbolt the fork tubes, loosen the pinch bolts, and let the whole mess slip down far enough to sneak the wires through the gap. You're going to love your progressives.

@@SparyZWanTuhNayHo can’t tell you how many times I’m laser focused and 2 steps away from finishing up then I’m staring at a part I should have re-installed 20 steps back. It’s part of our love for our machines. Definitely makes it feel more rewarding when you do get out on the open road with them. 🤘🏼😎

Thanks man, my thoughts exactly. That couch size seat just killed the look. After having ridden it for a while now I can say the old seat wasn’t that much more comfortable. On a bike, if you go on a long enough ride your rear end is going to need a brake anyway regardless of the seat. Thanks for watching buddy.

Did you have to do the relearn?

Hi ours is reading right at 14. I think normal ratio is somewhere around 13.9-14.2. Didn’t have to do a relearn. It’s billed as a simple plug and play so you shouldn’t have to do anything once installed. BBK has an FAQ page for common issues after installation. They encourage a call to them if you’re having issues once you’ve installed it. Yeah 20 is really high. Hope you get it figured out. I’m curious what the issue is.

It’s a great exhaust. The drone is t bad. It’s definitely a great sound when you get on it. I plan on adding test pipes because my plans are to add a turbo kit which will change the loudness and tone of the exhaust overall. There’s a lot of great exhaust options out there but I’ve known GReddy’s quality for years so help me in my decision. Thanks for watching and Stay Tuned. 😂🤘🏼

I have with the berk downpipes, the drone is really noticeable between 2800 - 3200 give or take a couple 100. No tune, need more money and didn't want to wait longer to install. really hoping a tune helps with the drone. it does sound amazing, especially when you floor it

Apparently not until I removed the bolt. It was sold as a drop in spring for a deuce when I ordered it and I watched their 3 minute video. Seemed easy enough till I realized a drop in wasn’t happening. That’s how you learn, by making mistakes. 😎

@@speeddemonsion1505 drop in means you drop it in AFTER you pulled the fork tubes

@@npsocal Nope, a drop in lowering spring kit means you should only have take off the fork caps and “Drop In” the springs without disassembly of the forks. Bought mine from progressive because they were sold for my model. short story is it’s not possible to do a drop in on an ‘03 Deuce. Thanks for watching, ride safe. 🤘🏼

At this point I’m pretty sure I’m keeping that fender and going with a larger diameter wheel /tire to fill the gap. So my thoughts are to have my painter just fill in the holes where the passenger seat was. They make plugs for holes like that but they’re mostly temporary and they don’t look that great. It’ll be a lot more money out of pocket to get the holes filled and fender painted but it will be worth it. 🤘🏼

I love how the stretch tank sets over the big v-twin. That part of the bike is what makes it for me. 🤘🏼

No I contacted American Muscle to let them know what was going on. They told me they’d ship out another one. When the second one came in everything fit perfect. I don’t know what in the world that kit was for that they sent us the first time but I’m glad the second one went on without a hitch.
