@@yingsung3570 the ribs were boiled for about 5-10 mins to remove any dirt, scums or blood before placing it in the sauce!

the real mohinga is quite hard to make.. Have to peel lots of boiled fish , need to boil banana stem, the rice vermicelli needs to be pressed and let it stay for a day to be alittle bit sour.. it shouldnt need corn starch to thicken definitely, because the fish paste itself should be thickening the soup...wont need to boil the noodle in the soup...it just poured over...
