It’s not perfect but it’s better than nothing or spending thousands of dollars more on a bigger bike that has one. I have also noticed with mine that going up or down hills it will not control the speed of the bike. It only holds the throttle in that position. For instance going up a hill you will lose speed. Going down a hill you will gain speed. I still use mine on my st1300 for long highway rides.
This guy is a retard.... how inarticulate he is blows my mind. Reminds me of Lou Costello..😅😅😅😅
1:50 I have to do weird gymnastics to get to my parts, but it's because I'm fat.
2:04 Heh, "doo-doo."
awesome machine, amazing engineering for sure

If you see this video DO NOT ORDER THIS PART!!! Don’t order anything!! The guy that ran this company has passed away says the internet!!! The website is still up and it WILL STILL TAKE YOUR $$ and you will NOT receive anything! Me and many others found this out the hard way possibly delete this video? As this is how I found this part and company and I am out $ with many others!
yo is u the guy that drives the suzuki car at gcs?

You play with until you stop
I have a 24, I love it.
Do you ever drive at night? I know in PA you can drive antique at night if it meets dot light standards. Plan on getting a 1999 hijet and doing antique registration and then daily driving it 4 miles to work and back.
I do drive at night from time to time, and I’ll say the headlights aren’t dot standard. The way it patterns on the road was made for being on the left side of road….
@ could you further explain what you mean by that? As long as it has headlights, taillights, turn signals, running lights and licenses plate light it’s legal in pa.
@ oh nevermind you mean the lights shin alittle more twords the left side of the road which would be at oncoming traffic in America.
@@speedyboi4623 Yepp that’s correct, my bad for not being more clear. It is a little bit noticeable when driving at night. When you said dot, I was also thinking of the symbol on the headlight lenses.
Z900 is a pretty cool bike, more exciting than the gsx8s, but the z900rs is what I’d trade it in for (don’t think the rs has cruise though..) Either way, for me, I sometimes take my zx4 out of state and while cruise control might be kinda nice, I really only think it would be good to give my right hand a break- which a throttle lock will do that just fine. Also, glad to see you on the klx! Careful about the box and the brake line though, the longer line is because it has more suspension travel, and a box there might eat into how far the brake line can move in relation to the front wheel.
No, cruise control is not worth trading in for. IMO. I don’t use CC in my car and absolutely would not use it on a motorcycle.
Sounds amazing. I did the first version as you not this version yet. Not sure my ears can take it without the breadbox
Yea removing the breadbox makes it without ear plugs unbearable to me but with ear plugs it’s great
I have a 2023 Rocket-R, and If you focus hard, you can feel the Earth Stop momentarily as it rotates, cause the Torque of this Engine causes the planet to spin in the opposite direction I offer my buds to try it out, and test ride it, but most refuse ,they are scared of it...it's a very intimidating looking Bike.
You ride a bike, you drive a car. I learned that one in preschool.
Top speed is factory limited at 153 MPH. I have a 2022 Rocket 3R, Its a beast and I love it. :)
First thing I did when I got my 230 SM is GPS the speedo and found out that its 5mph faster than what the actual speed is, so 70 MPH was roughly 65-66 MPH actual.... The speedo not very accurate, but close enough.....
I probably should do that but than I would know that I’m not going a blistering 74 mph hahahah
How many miles do you have now? Do you have any issues? Looking at your exact bike for $3.4k one owner
I have about 5500 miles on it now. (Didn’t ride it as much as my other bikes this year) And I haven’t had any issues with mine.
How many miles do you have now?
That happens to me often. Also, sometimes it won't go into 1st gear right away pops back to N
I did not realize how big that engine is. It’s as big as most cars. I would definitely say it’s intimidating. That would not be a bike for me. Excellent video!
What's your height man ?
I’m 5’6 would you recommend this for me and if not can you recommend me another duel sport ?
@@loudtaste1046 it honestly might be a tad tall even one footing it.. honda makes the crf300ls which is a low seat height version of a dual sport so that might be something to consider…. Or the klx230s supposedly has lower seat height than the sm but still not as low as the 300ls…. Hopefully that helps
Yamaha XT250 has a really low seat height and rides smooth, did my MSF course on that bike
Thank you for this. It helped us
Sounds so good. It’s not obnoxiously loud so my neighbors won’t hate me but it not silent like stock. Thanks for the video bro
Dude, keep up the videos! You are only 19 subs away from being monetized. I’m rooting for you! You can do this… good weather for this weekend
The o2 sensor reads the exhaust gas temperature to keep the fuel mixture adjusted at a safe range probably about 15 so it’s not lean aka back firing out the exhaust on deceleration threw out the throttle range and keeps it in spec during elevation changes the ecu can compensate some but with efi not gunna get much on stock tune being it has to pass emission do it’s all ready lean from factory more mods you do air box exhaust with out a tune the leaner it gets will run hotter and backfire eventually will cause premature ingine failure But good luck you can read about it on the internet yeah double yellow means don’t cross into other lane broken yellow means you can psss😂🤣😂
i got mine and loving it every ride. .. i noticed that every warm up 1-2 secs the header pipe start to glow red kinda scary.😱
Yea that is a common thing on the 230’s that people have talked about…. But seems the consensus is that its cause of it being air cooled, but doesn’t seem to cause any reliability concerns. I don’t even pay attention to it on my bike anymore haha.
I just changed oil and filter on a KLX 230. The spring held in place and never popped out. I guess I got lucky.
Definitely got lucky. When I first did oil change it was bit stressful making sure the spring stayed in place long enough to fit the filter.
I bought one this year. Ended up going with the 2022 because I just dont see Suzuki as a red bike
💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
I have this bike in this color - awesome bike
I just picked up a 2024 40th edition. I put a whole 34 miles on it. It’s fun as heck! I appreciate your input and enjoy your channel
That’s awesome!!! Big change from the klx.
@@pitbikemike it’s definitely different. I’m keeping the KLX too. I love that bike
I absolutely enjoyed this video! I guess the older I get, the more I want an adventure bike. Good stuff
I just purchased a 24 900 GT Pro. I have to say the engine does sound very cool. You can listen to the engine while riding and it’s very entertaining. Something I really like to do. Clutch pull is very light. The engine will pull from 2500 rpm with ease and without any chugging. Shifting is dead smooth. The same as with the quick shifter. It shifts perfectly with no clunk. The Brembo brakes are impressive. Not much vibration from the engine and since it’s cold here now I don’t notice the heat from the radiator. Really like the fact that the display shows incoming calls and turn by turn directions. It’s like riding a dirt bike with a really powerful engine. It’s turns with ease and runs along effortlessly. Personally I think they could have done much better with the display. Lots of wasted space with the speedo and tach in the center of a rectangle. Almost gives the impression the screen was developed by a non rider. I would rather have a digital speedo and a bargraph tach running up the left side and across the top. On the right I would like to see the odometer and trip meters. Across the bottom the gas gauge and maybe the temp gauge.
I just traded my 23 900GT PRO for a 24 model simply because of the updating Triumph did.I really didn’t hav any issues from the 23. I was hoping Triumph fixed the Heat issue directing away from my knees But No I haven’t noticed any diff. Plus other little issues for me But Not A Dealbreaker It’s a Keeper 👍👍
There is videos on TH-cam showing how people have installed small plastic deflectors that seem to redirect the heat.
@@robm3357 On the 2024 Tiger 900 model. I’ve seen something lk ur saying on older models. Plus Triumph put 2 Vents on each side But I haven’t noticed any difference still directing heat on my knees
How bad is the heat ?? Can you feel it when moving or it gets hot only in slow moving conditions…?Iam on 2016 xrx looking at the Rally or Gt ✌️….Thanks in advance
And great review of the GT …. Subbed 🤗
@@awesomeagnihotrisvlog The Heat Issue with the vents on the 24 model for me I feel it’s the same as my 23 here n Ky where I live it’s Humid also wen I ride out west where it’s Hot & Dry the heat can b an issue But again for me it’s not a deal breaker I can deal with it for a few months
What micrófono are you using?
this is 2023 version not 2024
That would be wrong - it is a 2024
What about the heat? Did you feel it on your knees?
I didn’t notice much heat on the bike tbh. but I didn’t get caught in any real traffic on the demo ride to have had a chance to notice if there was any.
@@pitbikemike thank you. That's something i'm trying to find out.
@@josecarlosgomes447I own one. Three weeks now. Heat on your knees IS a thing. You will feel it. .. enough to bother you? Won’t know till you test ride one. I put up with it as the bike all round is magnificent for ME.
Damn you actually deleted the breadbox🤣🤣🤣
Well yea ofc it’s not loud. You still have breadbox. Remove the breadbox and yours ears will ring after 5 min🤣🤣
WHAT DID YOU SAY?
I like the idea of one of these but I'm concerned it would give the insurance company an excuse not to pay out should the worst happen...
It is liquid cooled and has a digital tach. Just sayin'....
2:50 to switch the modes you have to pull the clutch to confirm
Are there tubeless tires ? Also are the stock tires tubeless?
Unfortunately no. The oem wheels require tubes. The tires themselves are capable of being tubeless, but the wheel it self is deciding factor.
Never ridden a 900, but I have two 1200s. I feel like that 900 would be too small and slow. Lol
Try riding Speed twin 1200, its more of an animal than this. This bike is not made for American highways for it have cruise control, it's a retro classic. My 900 is awesome even after riding it for 3 years and I've put on 15000 kms. Only complaint is the seat height is low for a tall rider like myself.
Hav to Disagree Not made for US highways👎My 2023 ST1200 handles my Ky back rds TN & NC Dragon rds with ease plus cruise control is useless on those type of rds.✌️
It's a liquid cooled motor, the radiator is small and fairly well disguised and the fins are still on the motor.
Good to know, thanks for the correction!
