Cant believe people are so slow in these comments... please use some critical thinking, even in the cases where mizuki performed "better" were in the times where he did faster damage to boss enemies in a 1v1 where his talent keeps activating if there are other enemies around it would not be consistent, not even necessarily "more" as a lot of ascalon's damage is DOT. and EVEN in those cases it was a scenario where you could infinitely stall the enemies in which case it doesn't even matter who kills them faster as they will both get the job done anyways. In every single scenario where you would use ambushers for what they're actually meant for, and not some cope comparison where you're using a mf ambusher against a boss in a 1v1 for some reason, ascalon will always perform better, id also like to point out that if u do the maths the damage for mizuki is around 5.3k every 7 seconds and 5.5k for ascalon (according to the nice fellow in these comments), this is not even taking into account the extra dots that ascalon applies with basic hits. he only did faster dmg because of his arts hit against high def bosses. now we have established the only time mizuki will ever outperform ascalon is when It is against an infinitely stallable boss enemy with high defense in a 1v1, however this is completely irrelevant because: 1 - ambushers are the furthest thing from what you would want to use to kill bosses normally much less if it is a 1v1 lmao, it is extremely inefficient and i cant think of a scenario where you wouldn't just want to bring someone else for that role. If you're playing ambusher knights only or something then you would most definitely have to use multiple ambushers as they cant stall any boss long enough for mizuki's talent proc to actually make a difference. 2 - for an infinitely stallable enemy they both get the job done anyway with mizuki being slightly faster, and if they are not stallable like an enemy that jumps over block then neither will be able to kill regardless so yet again, it is not relevant whatsoever. Mizuki's only use case in hard content like cc 99% of the time only for stalling with s2, which ascalon also does better, so this talk abt his "higher"(not) damage is dumb. TLDR: Ascalon is better in every single relevant scenario and is most definitely a direct powercreep to mizuki. but if you are a true goat build both cuz mizuki is the cutest sweetest little guy.

Honestly I love both of their designs and their JP dub are both so well done. Personally I don't think a 6-star needs to be completely broken to be worth raising. I would build either of them if I'm lucky enough to pull them in a few weeks! Good luck to all those who will be pulling on their banner as well!!

It feels like the module changes things for s2 -10s redeploy let's her send out her tactical capybara so much it's like infinite ammo and extra damage for attacking in it's range too. It lines up with s3 really well too. A+ module
