    Yung agent ko nagresign na din kaya parang wala ng mahingan ng tulong. 1 yr na ko nagbabayad ng mortgage pero wala pa din assurance turnover. Di pa din nagrereply ang CS. 😔 May case na ba na di nati-turn over or umaabot ng ilang months or years and delay?

      @@IAmJuly Goodday mam 😊 I would recommend po sending an email to Customer Care and Turnover Team to request for a construction update of your unit 😊 Pero much better po if makakapunta din tayo sa head office mismo ni PHirst sa Makati to get an update and concrete answer directly from the Customer Care or Turnover Admin 😊 You can also request din po a Viber number to keep in touch to, especially po yung manager or director ni agent if nasa Phirst pa sila 😊 If not po, hingi na lang kayo ng email addresses na pwede niyo din i-cc sa emails niyo po kay Turnover Team and Customer Care 😊 Here po yung email address ni Customer Care and Turnover Team: customercare@century-phirst.com houseturnover@century-phirst.com Hope this helps po mam 😊
