Step 1: pumunta sa main office ni phirst sa makati to talk to a customer care rep Step 2: mag-submit ng request to transfer ownership (by this time dapat po may new buyer na kayo na kasama and qualified po yung income nila with supporting documents like Latest COE and ITR, 3 mos payslip and bank statement) Step 3: wait sa approval ni phirst customer care sa request and mag-fillup ng new forms (si step 3 possible na isabay na din siya ni customer care rep sa step 2 if qualified yung client and kasama na yung income documents) Must know: 1. allowed lang na i-avail yung old price or price na nakuha niyo if relative niyo yung client. With proof of relationship like birthcertificate na same middle or last name 2. if hindi relative, makukuha nila yung unit pero subject sa new or current price. for other questions we suggest na i-ask siya sa customer care rep kasi mas updated sila sa process ng pasalo Hope this helps
