We've all heard of kimchi fried rice, but have you heard of VOLCANO kimchi fried rice? This style of fried rice is also called Mt. Hallasan Fried Rice after a volcano in Jejudo. Your voice is too low and is being covered up by the drum beating and musical tones. Just speak please. Never mind the sound effects. They degrade your efforts. I'll watch three times because I really wan to know how to make that sauce. Please.... think twice before including all those sounds into your videos. They ruin your efforts.

Thank youuuu! I doubled this recipe 🤤. The only thing I did different was not adding the full amount of red pepper flakes (4 tbsp instead of 6) because I have some kids that don’t want it too spicy. Also, I couldn’t let the korean radish from boiling part go to waste so that was added towards the end since it was tender already with a ton of rice cakes (kids favorite). I will definitely be doing this again with the full amount of red pepper flakes for me & those who love spicy.

What size pan did you use for 4 eggs?
Sadly I'm working with an electric coil stove, but I'll keep trying. The egg part is really tough to get right. Your video did a great job explaining everything!
Add a little more cream (I like to use heavy cream) to your eggs and they will have a smoother texture and they won't brown as fast. Also, try adding a pat of butter to your oil. Butter makes everything better lol. Your rice looks so delicious!
It's very much like a french omelet and those are tough too... It looks amazing though, I'm only recently noticing I've been overcooking eggs my whole life!
Can I skip the spicy chili flakes?

What was the 6th ingredient that was put into the blender? Kutchikado? Sorry for the ignorance. I was in LA recently and had galbi jjim at sun nong dan and it changed my life! Most amazing flavors I have ever tasted! Trying to replicate and this is the closer look I’ve seen so far.
