Love using skirt steak for a lot of recipes. I genuinely love the texture (and how cheap it is). I'd never heard of using Maggi sauce just straight onto the bread. Does it get really intense sometimes? That pan is begging to be deglazed and made into a sauce for leftovers. Speaking of.... does Mango get any leftovers? Just found out my kitty is obsessed with beef. Until recently she's only ever been a fish, chicken, and bread cat. Now she loves any sort of beef I cook.
Absolutely looove skirt steak! I only put a few drops of Maggi sauce on the bread so it was a perfect balance. Mango actually doesn’t like beef.. but he does love bread, fries and chips HAHA
