I think this might be Bears best work ever. It's genuis how he takes Kratos angry testosterone filled theme and transformes it into this hopeful, peaceful and dare I say restorative theme to show his transition from the former guilt ridden god of war to a new and renewed and celebrated God of Hope. I intend to make a video, to break down this masterpiece, if it's the last thing i do. I'll learn video editing just to do it

Theory: Kratos was going to say "Brok was whole" before he was cut off. Knowing his soul wasn't totally there, that might not have mattered to Kratos. He was whole not literally, but surely whole in a figurative sense. An honest man who sacrificed himself and in his last moments, chose to give his last words addressing Sindri. He died wishing his brother to be better. Not just for the sake of our children, but too our family must we be better. And I think Kratos couldn't have chosen more poor wording, even if he did mean to say something and mean well by it. Sindri will follow the path Kratos once did, and we shall see what comes of it.

I cried to this. Today I let go of things myself. And accepted myself.

As Kratos said, wars are won by those who are willing to sacrifice everything and sindri have sacrificed so much for what. For odino brok was really the only one to understand odino's plans was considered more stupid but inside he was wiser. It gets bigger when you take more off, Brok knew that. And you know what destroys you, that it can never go alfheim ne hell ne. Valhalla you feel broken know this when a god of war comes out we will be atreus i kratos no other blacksmith will be like state brok and sindri.

It would be incredible if Thor had used his goats in the final battle imagine him flying with them while us on top fighting him and still fighting on top of Fenrir/Garm/Horodviltnir and Jormungandr as they try to kill each other,one trying to kill Odin and the other trying to kill Thor by spitting poison and the battle goes to different places and Meanwhile we see in the sky the wolves Skoll and Hati running chasing the Moon and the Sun eating them and everything is chaos and dark without the sun and the moon Meanwhile we go to Midgard to fight In the lake,everything is destroyed in an epic battle next to mountains,citys,kingdoms and places!! and in a single blow the serpent bites Thor releasing poison While Thor hits her head with the us falling into the lake and at the same time she goes back to the past and we see a tear of reality a branch and every tree in the world Yggdrasil in the background as long as we see the trail of death and destruction around as we fight the injured/bruised/tired/weak and almost dead Thor in a final phase of battle how awesome would that be!!! and it would be interesting if Thor teamed up with Kratos against Odin or if Thor actually killed Kratos It would be really badass and I missed having more powers for Thor releasing lightning and thunders from his hands and falling through the sky and also releasing earthquakes,hurricanes and storms this was supposed to be the definitive final fight!! it had to be grandiose!! It's a shame that this fight was very easy and simple,I thought it could take longer and have many phases and we could finally use the Hammer even if it was just once in a scene but it was disappointing and very sad,who also agrees that this fight could be much better,longlasting,more beautiful and more worked? 🤔🥺🤧😔 like and Bye!

this music is perfect for kratos' emotion upon discovering his prophecy bear mccreary and all of the people who sang and played the instruments really understood how music could emulate what it feels like to be forgiven

I have to be honest, this scene made me cry after Kratos saw himself as a God of Peace and that he is finally free of his chains

Kratos cry not because see his propechy, but because faye trust him so much she paint kratos on her own image that kratos just save everyone and lead to new journey that still unknown. This is not real ending only new beginning. Kratos deserve much better and glorious ending outside game i guess😂.

When i think about it Sindri is not mad at Kratos and Atreas for Brok's death he blames himself for the fact that he couldn't get all of brok's soul back the first time. Since Brok died the first time Sindri could only get some of Brok's soul and now Brok can't find peace in the light of Alfhiem . So he puts is anger out on Atreas but only because he failed to save Brok the first time and now he failed him twice

this song reminds me of the simpler times i had in my childhood So many good memories!

Everyone can agree that they were ready to kick some major butt when they saw Odin’s health bar appear

It still warms my heart, after centuries of being feared, hated, despite, loathed, and ignored. Kratos found a new mate and made a new family. She sacrificed everything to remind Kratos that the great weapon he brought with him from Greece is Hope, that weapon has shown him a path where he's not a reviled and hated God of War but a venerated God of Unity.

Kratos had forgotten the most powerful weapon that made Zeus cower in fear. The weapon that sealed inside of him when he opened Pandora's Box. The weapon that is the best of things: Hope.

It kinda broke my heart that kratos and his son atreus parted ways but after playing as atreus i understood why atreus had to follow his own path and part ways with kratos
