Burden of Kings actually combos really well with the Mantle of Ultramar. Only S10 and up can ID a Warlord with that buff, plus the FNP will actually matter if he's effectively T5.

Vanquishers are just better, but they look cool too, so I am ok with it. Space Marines do not have a lot to deal with Vanquisher Russ's, honestly.

I like the Turbo Laser Destructor + Inferno Gun, personally. Or two Turbo laser Destructors. Honestly most of the Titanxweapons kinda suck.

It's interesting to see how the perception of power level has changed since these rules came out. Iron warriors is an example of a rule a lot of people were excited about, and that we now know is pretty useless. And Space Wolves, that everyone belittled to no end, is now basically an auto-take in competitive play.

So you're telling me most of the Warhound weapons that came in the Legions Imperialis starter box are actually naff? Lame. I'm really stuck between trying to use the cooler looking guns that came in the box or using the stubby little missiles for usefulness in-game.

And now we have to deal with artillery wagon of the solaria xD

I love that death guard prefer moving forward slowly to use their phosphex while mortarion is just teleporting around the board deleting infantries

I know this is 2 years late, but how does Master of Lies work? It says you can put them into reserves but cant take them out so are those units lost or am i missing something

Potential change for warp missile, it just auto demolishes a building. No rolling, no saves, no nothing. It just dies.

Does anybody else feel like astartes missile launchers are broken? 7.5 points for almost a lascannon shot or two ignores cover shots. What can’t this do? Is there anything more efficient?

Nice discussion. Personally I think Imperial Fists should been the top of above average or even the bottom of the top tier. Giving practically all infantry accurate when infantry is so good and really bumps up the damage output. Obviously combining them with one of the infiltrating detachments is very very strong.

They suck. Utter garbage. Murdered with the nerf bat. Another reason to stick with HH 1st edition.

Two years and three Mechanicum army boxes later this video is very useful. Anyway, I think 2x30 Adsecularis, 2x3 Thallax with Multi Melta and Meltabombs, 2x6 Thallax (I think Photon Thrusters are useful here due to Blind) are quite good "core". Trio of Triatos will wait for me cobbling together Myrmidons and Tech-Priest Auxilia. I agree with Castellax being pants outside of Cybernetica, 6 single robots (or, if I somehow pool enough money for fourth box, 4x1 Darkfire + 2x2 MMelta ones) is probably best way of using those.
