Honestly, spamming with tech thralls and Thallax with Archimandrite and Lacyraemarta seems to be the way to go for line. Then just fill to taste with the biggest guns you like in your 5 heavy support and 6 elites slots. Also I finally made a discord account, lmao, now I just need to join 👀

Some issues I think seem odd; +++Archmagi don't have Patris Cybernetica, so I don't think they can join Automata units. I *really* hope that is just an oversight, but I am worried... +++A Magos Dominus does get Patris Cybernetica, BUT, if you put them on an Abeyant, they gain Monstrous. The way Patris Cybernetica is written, I think that prevents them joining an Automata unit, even if that unit itself also has Monstrous... As a result, I think the only unit that can join Automata is a foot-Magos Dominus. +++Another issue is whether Paragons can react. The wording in their rules is different to that of Cybernetica. Enough different to wonder if they are meant to be able to react, but they left it out by accident. I don't need to make any final decisions about what I am buying yet, but I hope some of this gets sorted before I get that far!

I played my first game with my Xana army that was cybernetica based. I found I needed to bring more tech thrawls so I updated the list to have 50 for screening castelax
Appreciate all the content put out, curious if anyone has solid recommendations on World Eaters (Crimson Path) using a Mechanicum allied detachment? Would love to buy a Thanatar even if it doesn't get fielded (such an awesome model)

@@Hearesy ah yeah, re-read the magos dominus rule. Very badly written. Conditional clause at the end makes it very clunky.
