use silicon grease on it the regular grease will deteriorate (break down) the rubber grommet much quicker

I would bet that it`s the throttle peddle assemble or (MCOR). I`ve had this issue on a couple precedent carts.

Mine won't goes in forward and reverse but will not go faster than 2 mph. I can switch it to neutral and the motor will run top speed.....the engine had no oil, I filled it up and took it for a spin...worked fine when I drove it around for about 20 minutes... let the kids drive and heard a loud clanking sound then it lost all its power. Still drives but just slow. What could it be? Something on the motor I'm assuming. If it was the transmission I wouldn't think it would drive at all

For those wondering how to remove/ replace side marker light and or its bulb( number 168 ). Remove lamp black top hold down screw with philips screwdriver and put in safe place. Get dead blow hammer and thin piece of soft material (wood or plastic strike stick) with an edge. Push sidelamp in at front so back edge sticks out. Tape front fender behind lamp assy .Put wood or plastic non marring stick against back lip of sidelamp and hit with medium force to unlodge front aluminum push pin holding lamp in place. Remove sidelamp but don't pull out too far. Unclip electrical wire assembly socket with needle nose . Bulb socket twists out. Reverse procedure to install but press light assembly with hands into socket(Do NOT STRIKE Plastic lense). Replace philips hold down screws . Turn ignition switch to accessory and try light switch . Do walk around inspection of lights. Job done !

I had one just like that in about 1967-1970 and I bought it used. Much better than a tent. Then we wanted more and moved up to a Cox Commander. It had a sink, water and and ice box. Cox made a good pop up. Go for it.

What does your 110 look like

Having the same problem with my club car. I put a new fuel filter and a new fuel pump on, still does the same thing. It will run fine for a 5 seconds, then will just sit there and idle, not enough power to run. By the way, I got a new fuel pump from Amazon for 18.00. The place that sells golf carts wanted 74.00 for one. This on was identical to mine.

I just got a Cox Commander. The side with the door has a gap - water got through so I'll have to replace part of the flooring and some of the cabinets. Hoping you redid yours so I have something to follow!

When I took my filter out(99 sienna) it only had one washer in between the fuel line and fuel filter itself. There was no washer above the fuel line. So it put it back together that way. No leaks. I wonder if the replacement filter includes two washers in case you loose one?

Definitely restore the camper, our family had 20 years of beach camping on the Outer Banks, NC. and that camper kept us dry.

Just had this same thing happen to me yesterday. The kids were driving the cart hard, I think they thought it was atv.I was looking at everything that it could possibly be.I'm no mechanic by any means.But i figured it had to be something simple.It turned out the spark plug cable came lose. I hope this helps.

I have similiar issue with my Linhai 500. From stator there is about 150volts, i found out that from the voltage regulator was output 0 volts so i replaced it for new one for 100€ (original not chinese) but this didnt helped. I also found one fuse between regulator and battery but that seems to be okay. Can anyone help please?

I wish I new how to get more battery power. I run a winch for the snow plow and it uses a lot of juice. Maybe I should add a second battery.

I have a 98 sienna that had hesitates accelerating from a stop. I changed plugs and coils. Cleaned out my mass air flow and throttle body. Still not fixed So I'm going to try this now. Hoping this fixes it

I have a 90 Honda 300 fourtrax that I have been noticing for a while now that same bushing falling apart. Yesterday it fell completely out. I ordered my new bushing today and just started looking on utube for this video. Thanks so much for it. I'm sure it will definitely help.

My challenge on a RV sized camper is the seal has deteriorated and I now have rain leaks. I am hoping to remove the the shroud, spray the heck out of it with Flex Seal and put the shroud back on. The ac unit itself no longer works but I can't stand being rained on.
