In the mid-60s I bought a used 1964 Corvair Monza convertible that I absolutely loved. Of all the cars I've ever owned, that was my favorite and the one I miss the most. Unfortunately, in 1966 I got drafted and spent the next three years in the Army. I sold the car back to the dealer because I didn't know anyone who'd be willing to keep it for me. Even now, years later, I really miss that car. And by the way, I did not think it was "ugly" at all, I thought it was beautiful (and so did my girlfriend)!

You punks that use the Edsel constantly just to bash it and gain yourself some likes and views really need to find something better to do...............

Maybe this video should be called "most popular disco hits" or something like that.. Many of these artists are not one hit wonders. Cheryl Lynn, Sylvester, First Choice and Thelma Houston have multiple huge hits.

50 years since 1975. I was in grade school, but was heavy into Saturday morning cartoons, bike rides around the neighborhood, pretending I was O.J. Simpson when playing football with neighborhood friends.

I love disco and all these songs! But Earth Wind & Fire’s “Sing A Song” was not disco, according to member Philip Bailey, who said their only disco song was “Boogie Wonderland.” You sped it up. You mispronounced Tavares four times. I was just exercising to the 1975 disco album by South Shore Commission. You did not mention them. “The Hustle” by Van McCoy and the Soul City Smphony is probably my favorite.

As a young child in the 70’s, my great aunt frequently made molded mayonnaise salad with the green gelatin and fruits mixed in. I haven’t thought about it in 50 years!

This was back in the day when people actually had ambition to cook for themselves. Unlike today where they buy everything Frozen and dunk it all in ranch dressing.

Same with Cheryl Lynn (Star Love, If This World Were Mine with Luther Vandross) and Sylvester who had many more hits including top 40 then Dance Disco Heat such as You Make Me Feel Might Real and Do You Wanna Funk).
