    The community is black and Asian and don't go to the matches. How err it might help if the huge money generated by gates of 600 plus is used to upgrade the ground so at least the community can benefit from it thereby getting the actual real community through the doors

      It's not a workers union, it's a community union. I imagine the money is got from the members of the community which have a membership. Its more of a union to protect renters but it probably does other stuff
