Are there options that allow to press it next to silent? Slow press maybe. At least not hearable through a phone.

I got to your channel from the VIA Macros video and I see you review keyboards. I think you should check the "Bloody" keyboards. They have onboard memory and several command types like keypresses, mouse clicks, mouse movement, flags/goto's, keystates and variable values. I'd say they're the best for automation and stuff like that if that's the focus of the person buying. You make very entertaining reviews.

Lack of the right option for mac layout is a big no to me, wish they have it

my new corne isnt working, QMK connects and says COM PORT 21., but as soon as I try to flash the correct firmware it says ...COM PORT NOT FOUND :(

they say the latency thru 2.4gh is like 24ms .... and thru cable only 1ms

the space bar sounds really good (quiet) but the rest sounds noisey. Maybe it's the key caps ... because my redragon horus thocks (with some foam mod inside the board and space bar/shift/enter keys).

i love this switches. the tactile feel is so nice. i did not lube mine, and i dont feel like i need to either. to me they feel great out of the box

Oh wow! I didn’t know this was really a thing. I remember when I first entered corporate America running around the office trying to find a specific keyboards cuz I typed better on it.😩

For any light typer out there please consider carefully before buying these. I'm a light typer but I still got the blacks based on their great reviews. They feels great for normal messaging and gaming but for typing long documents it feels like a chore basically. I'm using a red-like switch now and have no problem whatsoever and I love them.

I have the K2 brown switch sound better

I like the Logitech MX Mechanical Mini a lot, but inexplicably, it lacks an Insert key, and there appears to be no way to use the Logi Options+ software to reprogram one of the keys for Insert. Granted, most users probably don't use Insert very often, and neither do I, but code editors such as VS Code use the key as a toggle mechanism between insert/replace characters, which I do use occasionally. The MX also lacks a proper Delete key (not Backspace) but at least you can reprogram that one.

This video made me reconsider clickies again after I completely wrote it off years ago. At that time, I got myself a Razer kb with Cherry Blues. After 3 months with it, I sold it and stayed with tactiles and linears. After watching this, I bought a set of Box Jades and installed it on my K8 Pro. Quite happy with it so far. Cheers!

I don't know why, but your space bar for the brown keys sounds WAY more silent than it does in real life, I think it is a little annoying how loud it is

How do I rename a macro? Please help.

Honestly, not sure who this is for. They don't seem all that different from the litany of blue/green derivatives, and the (Super) Speed Bronze and Box Pink are good offerings from Kailh for the light clicky market. They're clearly not going after the hardcore typist as they're supposed to be "gamer" switches, but gamers tend not to like switches with hysteresis.

Haven't tried these, but if they're anything like the Super Speed Bronze, I imagine a lot of the criticism would be the relative lack of tactility. The Super Speed Bronze almost feel like they managed clickiy linears somehow.

I am in need of a simple macro keypad that I can configure with QMK. I believe that your excellent tutorials will allow me to configure a device. The megaladon is out of my price range at 80.00. Can you recommend less expensive choices that will allow me to use QMK to configure?

Thank you for being the first person on TH-cam to explain the difference in the switches! I'm old school, learned on a manual typewriter. If I could get a keyboard with the touch and sound of an IBM Selectric II typewirter. Try working in an office full of those beasts. Offices are far too quiet these days.

I managed to create homemods with via. I don't have options for setting up the time in ms as you'd expect on other configs for when the key is pressed and released and so on. But I've tested it with the Fn+Space for my space button and it worked nice. To update the config with stuff that the UI won't show you, you have to manually edit the json file that you can save & load.

I bet the bird is a plover. I'm liking my Uni keyboard.

it's just ridiculous that the companies are so unwilling to take any financial risk and push it all to the market, and the market *agrees*. Do your market analysis and then decide on a batch size! If you fail, then it's on you, not the buyer.

I own both Nuphy Halo75 (v1) and Air75 V2. Both are the best keyboard that I have tried. Best value for money!
