Chef. Please tell us how to make stable whipped cream. Har baar fail hojata hai. Almarai, President saare brands use kiye, Cornstarch, gelatin bhi try kiya magar stable piping room temperature wala whipped cream kabhi nhi banta.

Very surprising to see a bakery that is actually using top class ingredients like real butter, Elle n Wire cream cheese etc that are expensive. Otherwise most bakeries use commercial grade stuff like margarine and unknown brands cream etc. 👍
