Strength training might not necessarily make you a faster cyclist but it will make you a better human being, more capable to be healthy on and off the bike and more resilient to injury!
In this comprehensive breakdown of the strength training / resistance training for cyclists, with in-depth descriptions of each exercise for those that need it (trust me, just watch them ;) ), I will walk you through what you should be doing during the off-season for base training and explain WHY you should continue to do it throughout the season.
